So we have an uplift of 30% for H1 revenues and the share price drops from it's lowly start. I wonder if people have been confused by the statement about being confident in achieving market expectations for the whole year. With a 30% uplift in H1, they are able at the start of H2 to say they expect to meet expectations for the whole year, with still over 5 months to go. Very positive as any new contracts/sales will add to the revenues for the year.

Yes happy with the update, positive for the short term, but increasingly looking beyond that for longer term and significant upside.

Encouraging trading update today - confident in at least achieving expectations, and with a healthy order book in the core business augmented by COVID-19 opportunities. In particular, the acquisition of SLE is going well, and the language remains bullish with talk of short and medium-term earnings enhancement: Https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/inspiration-healthcare-IHC/share-news/Inspiration-Healthcare-Group-PLC-Trading-Update/83042079

Some, such as Barc and AJBell have already refunded in the last few days, but others still haven't. They are always much quicker to take your money than to refund.

I think it said up to 2 weeks, it's annoying as the market price is now lower than the OO price, but we can't use the money....

Have you all been refunded for the shares you didn't get in the recent issue? HL took the money for all the shares I applied for, credited me with my requested shares less 20% or so, but have not yet refunded the cash balance. I guess the process would take a few days, fair enough, but it's been over a week now.

From the GDR trading update this morning - the AIHL test is on track to launch this autumn: "Despite some initial concerns around the impact of lockdown on the Antibiotic Induced Hearing Loss (AIHL) project, the NHS evaluation programme has continued to run during the past few months. After a slow period, the programme pace has increased somewhat as lock-down measures have eased and the Company remains optimistic of completing the project and achieving the Autumn 2020 timeframe for commercial launch with Inspiration Healthcare Plc."

Interesting to see a German investment company take a 6.12% stake in IHC with 4.16m shares: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/inspiration-health--ihc-/rns/tr1-notification/202007091332075794S/ "Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH is an investment company based in Frankfurt am Main with offices in Luxembourg and Cracow, Poland. With 406 billion Euro assets under management, 1,261 institutional funds and private label funds and more than 650 employees Universal-Investment is one of the leading German investment firms. In 2014, the company ranked third, after Allianz Global Investors and DWS and before DekaBank.[1] Universal-Investment offers primarily the administration of investment funds and securities for institutional investors": Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Investment

Ok, looks like I got around 75% allocation out of the excess open offer. Not too bad.

Looks like BGF Investments took a load of the placing - they now have 15.5%, or 10.56m shares: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/inspiration-health--ihc-/rns/tr1-notification/202007071203502814S/ Good to see the directors buying almost £40,000 of shares too, including the CFO taking a maiden stake: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/inspiration-health/rns/director-pdmr-dealings/202007070904272487S/

Unfortunately admitted for trading and having them in your nominee account ready for trading are two completely different things, especially with my brokers at the moment.... Not worried about trading them, just want to know any shortfall and use the money left over to purchase more.

I had my IHC shares in 5 different accounts, Sipp and ISAs, also applied for more in each one. The OO shares 1 for 50 will be allocated to those that applied for them, then there will be those that didn't and these shares will be offered to the excess share applicants, however they will be issued on a pro rata basis, so if someone asks for the same amount again and someone else asks for 4 times the amount, the latter will get more. The oversubscription doesn't seem too high so am hoping a lot did not take up the OO and those that wanted excess will get a fair few of them.

Informative posts above, cheers. Troutisout, I always find it impossible to predict what allocations I'll get from Open Offers! Barclays (as a consolidator) always seem to get much better allocations than they should, so I'm often quite pleasantly surprised....

The UK production has stopped, but IHC's involvement will continue as they are manning the 24hr helpline, which will be needed for months to come. Penlon have now been granted CE approval for their ES02 ventilator and so are continuing to produce them for export markets. Amazing to think the consortium ended up producing more in a day, than in ten months of Penlon production pre COVID. The real benefit for the companies involved will have been working with different companies in the supply chain, both smaller and much larger and the respect gained for each other and the co-operation involved will lead to more business between them in the future.

Ventilator challenge announced that they have shipped the last of the 13,400 ventilators built for the NHS on 5 July. Great achievement of the consortium which included IHC.
