how do you know a major share holder is dumping shares when there appears to be very low volume on a daily basis
would be nice to see more directors buys but from my short experiance dealing with them there a very well run company and im sure norville will be a winner

Probably is the time to buy . Its only been Lower than this once before and it doubled in a day on a flat TS

I think its clear how narrow the market it is with that very odd AGM statement

What worries me is how botched that statement was for an inline

went to see the norville lens facility 2 weeks ago very impressed lots of investment been made and should appeal to the independent opticians that are fed up with essilor
have control of the lens markets. with 2 glazing facilities closed kodak and sinclair should pick buisness up.they own the reactolite trade name which is still asked for by many patients
the facility manager was a top guy very focused and positive lots of new products in the pipeline apparently .new varifocal design that they have exclusive distribution for which would make them attractive to essilor on its own
frame facility in vietnam make there frames for next to nothing and i bet they make frames for the green giant as well
either way bid or growth im in

They did announce two US distribution deals that start in H2 so this may help improve the FY results, though I'm wary how much they can do from a standing start. I saw the recent statement as a warning as I don't see how dissapointing trading will lead to hitting FY targets. But having said that, the 25% drop looked overdone so I remain a holder. If a bit of a skeptical one.

This was encouraging from the AGM statement:We expect momentum to improve across the Group's markets and to benefit from increased distribution and ongoing operational efficiencies.

Good buying of SPEC from the start this norming.
The main comment in the June issue of SCSW was somewhat restrained for now, but on the back page mentioned that SPEC is currently paying down debt and should really be 120p.

At the end of the dsy "Group guidance for the full year remains unchanged."It should never have dropped 25% imo.Peel Hunt retained their 100p TP following the AGM statement.
