I assume the target came effectively from the co, it would tie up with the CEO's March 31st Option for example. Like all such previous guidance it seems to have collided with a brick wall marked reality - possibly due to the wrong type of leaves on the road, or could be the handful of temperamental fund managers with whom the BOD likes to cavort woke up on the 20th Jan horrified to discover a stranger in the Whitehouse and have withdrawn once more beneath the bed clothes to await further developments.
Maybe even the success of DGNX (still on a roll) has altered INSG's planning, but that might be asking a lot. |
And bizarrely no explanation of where the target came from. No indications of 30p chart wise. |
It’s foolish to predict such targets on a company that since inception (despite their huff puff and guff) has continually failed to meet its own expectations/targets and one that must now be running on fumes

Musk isn't really bidding even for Open AI, the point is that Open AI had previously budgeted circa $40bn to "exit/buyout" the non profit side, the purpose of the "bid" one might assume, which would never be accepted, is to force that up towards a now fair value of $97bn and thus hamstringing the competition to Musk's own AI vehicle. |

Make that 10x the Cap of Insg up today for DGNX at the moment. Mind you they do have double our revs, albeit without an analytics arm, as well as 4 times our losses, so it seems only fair they should be worth 40 times as much as INSG. |
Aplogies then, I see DGNX only up 4x INGS's market cap so far today. That valuation of course is debatable, the dismal relative performance of INSG not so much. |

DGNX was up 11% or so yesterday, an increase representing by itself around 3 times the current Market Cap of Insig. You have to hope INSG can at least leverage this a little in their forthcoming Fund Raising, although I suspect it will just be the usual depresssing scrabble. |
