Please can we keep this to INSG !

Despite jj and pj oft pessimistic views it’s an open forum and usually kept to the subject.

Why the ''despite'' reference? Our pessimistic views have proven totally correct. Review the bull comments over the easter week end, ramping posts so wide of the mark its unreal. Yes that's you hazl. I note no-one has acknowledged the pessimistic view was correct?

I hope to turn les pessimistic and maybe positive in the future, but until the Co does what it says it will do then I remain as I am.

The Company as far as I recorded, first highlighted contracts were not being signed in November 2022 ''As a result of this recent unexpected wave of uncertainty, a number of contracts within our pipeline did not close by 31 October, however, many of these remaining prospects remain active''

The updates since have been vague to say the least. Did those contracts referenced above disappear or are they still active?

For all we know those 2 contracts could have been in play for 18 months, which means they could still be ''in-play'' in another 18 months.?

They will they hit £3mill this year
😂🤣
They can’t even hit £500k after 3 years

If we assume these 2 contracts rolled over from last year are pretty much in the bag (normally unwise with INSG but perhaps not this time), then this years 'forecast' - see recent note, will rise to 3million+ and gain some credibility from the belated meeting of last years. This would represent a circa 700% increase in AI revs in 12 months, looks good on paper at least.

This board can be very good when some of the more knowledgable people contribute.

Let’s cease the trolling and hopefully INSG gives some imminent subjects to discuss.

If you had 100 shares before the consolidation, you now own one share- so I make that down 99% as a result of the consolidation in Hellenic: https://www.hellenicdynamics.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/267107-Hellenic-Notice9.pdf

Truly pitiful!

Guys, ignore this cry baby.
Always bashes the companies she's invested in when the share price plummets.

She bought in at 30pish on HELD (SPAC days), now she has 2p for her troubles.
Massive loss 😆

Check it out....

Nice one ash,
I have a few UKSPAC tucked away with my broker
Obviously they are currently still under the UKSPAC name
On Monday will the name automatically change to HELD and will they be able to be bought and sold as per normal from 8am on Monday?'

SPAC was about 30p I think.

Exactly my point and had those 2 crossed the line the £1.4m would have been hit.

Thin line.

Jury’s out let’s see when these fall into place and the figures as well as the trials outcome.

The only possible positive is that if the 2 contracts really are as close as they claim then they would have been in a closed period and RB wouldn't have been able to buy. No reference to recurring Revs though so there has to be concern of what follows and how quickly. Some posters over the week end clearly showed their embarrassing naivety with the markets. No update on the 3 amigos. Very surprising.

Well now you see why RB hasn't bought any recently though it should have been obvious, only the AI turnover is important Schools for Sport was just noise. As for the jam tomorrow it's a bit more specific than usual. Get these 2 contracts and their future will be pretty much secure, otherwise I think they have about 4-6 months cash with the new addition.

It' s obvious to anyone looking at this company that their product either doesnt work or adds no value. An AI hype three years ago their annual main income wont even buy them all lunch.

"Now is the right time to
have access to Gareth's significant experience of growth companies, the ways
in which they can build shareholder value, and methods for communicating this
effectively with stakeholders of all types."

Please stand up all those who have heard anything? Or maybe we do not count as ''all types''?

WTF is going on here????

If it was blindingly obvious they were nowhere near the forecast the nomad would have been advising an rns. So they must be somewhere near imo obviously.

Garbage

What forecasts?

Remember well this Company, via RNS, stated they did not need to raise any more funds in the short or medium term. 5 months later they undertook a Placing!

What forecasts?

They haven't update the market at all and therefore on the basis that good news is rushed out....

Reaching operational profitability doesn't stop cash burn, or cash required for any new strategy, does it?
