So we have gone 2 years without a strong management team then? They need to explain what they mean by commercial success as the phrase is too far reaching and I suspect is a smoke screen. Many CO's claim commercial success without generating any free cash flow. He's on a win win. He gets paid whatever the outcome, subject to the share price, even on a possible company ramp before any future placing? All in my opinion only.

Good to know we now have a strong management team to meet the challenges which hopefully will be encountered during the next 12 months.

It’s taken longer than many shareholders thought but I believe we should soon see success.

One has to ask why a man of JW calibre would do 6 months for shares in lieu that at the time were probably £90k worth unless he sees short term growth realisation.

It is also an initial period so wonder if he will become a longer term fixture.

John will be remunerated through the issue of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from treasury. The appointment is for an initial period to 31 March 2024. Following this issue of the 500,000 Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 105,675,645 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each, of which 1,205,888 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 104,469,757.

John Wilson has entered into an orderly markets lock-in arrangement over the 500,000 Ordinary Shares, expiring 15 April 2024.
