My broker.

Sln was 11p last august, not 20p.

I have 3+ million SLN.

Under your definition of ramping half the posters on ADVFN are ramping.

Any good luck in your investing particularly in VIY and INN if u do buy in.

On the risk of ramping there is alot more to come in SLN possibly 4x.

Well you might be if you knew how many SLN I had.

Wooden was not ramping he was posting what he had heard and I was pointing out that I had heard the same. To be fair he pointed out that was what he had heard.

All my winners are from the same source that told me 80p for INN ALSO the same source for VIY. So on balance to have one loser is not bad.

You are quite right being in VIY does not make you smarter, it does mean you shrewd to have made a good choice.

What you have to realise that not all people posting positive info are rampers.

I have always posted as Bombers/Buzzzzzzzz on this site and on iii as Buzzzzzzzz as I believe in being completely transparent about my positions, I don't like rampers and loathe derampers.

I know most of them on here and Wooden isn't one of them, so lighten up.

I didn't know about the placing when I made the posts supporting wooden, because it obviously wasn't going to 80p then!.

And obviously I'm not going to say I know there's a placing when its not common knowledge.

I'm not playing to any audience - thats a game for the rampers/derampers !

Give it a rest. The audience you think
you are playing to... doesn't exist...

Your words will come back to haunt you.

Rome wasn't built in a day etc

All I said was I can corrobate what wooden has heard, unfortunately what was put around has turned out to be incorrect ie no one knew about the placing.

Not the first with this company, I shall be going to the AGM and find out what is going on.

Talking about Guru's.

I am very happy with my current shares apart from this one.

SLN holding from 11p, MXP holding from 90p, CMM holding from 30p, AST holding from 12.5p, MTL holding from 25p, VIY holding from 10.5p. ALso nice little winners in DWY and CPNR and DOO.

So tell me what do you know?

Mkt Cap still £30m following the placing. And to think that SMRT were sold for less than half of that........

Yes, but on the other hand a 'double bottom'
would be a good buying point, especially
if below the placing price. Bottom
picking is however... tricky...

Parvez,

I would have thought that was a distinct possibility.

MMs are offering in 25k and bidding only for 2.5k. Not a good sign - could this get down as far as the recent palcing price of 45p?

wooden5 - 22 Jun'07 - 18:17 - 104 of 108 (premium)

...as far as i am concerned the results were absolutely brilliant...debt halved...profit doubled...the time has come for this company and time scale suits me.

Wooden5,

For the record, that statement is incorrect. They did not double profit. They are still loss-making. What they did in fact do was to halve the loss.

I agree , I thought that it would slip more but actually held up well in a period of general market weakness.

Absolutely no sign of the price slipping back to the placing level. Very positive and I bought more yesterday.

I knew about the placing but was already holding.

Sad fact is it could have been done at 55pish
