inki - often meaningless, if it,s an at trade it gets shown as one but it's both a buy and a sell. Many ways to disguise the true picture.... hope this helps....

diagnose - I'm pretty sure your post said 13p yesterday when you first posted. If there is an agreed offer at 18p you'll be down about £100,000 and that's only if the market doesn't expect a rival bid. Hats off to you that would be much too risky for me.

The board are dire!!!! They received 25mil have done nothing with it, are ramping up the share price with rumours have made mention of several million pounds of exceptional(sure fire side step for profit warning). I'm approx 2 million shares short average price 13.5. If you have any sense youll do the same. DYOR.

I certainly wouldn't settle for 18p. I doubt the board would either, having turned down 16p last year.

18p? The price keeps edging up. I'd settle for 18p right now, maybe a 1:30pm announcement for the US market?

From today's Mail FYI:



"More than 15m shares in insurance software provider Innovation Group changed hands and the close was 0.50p dearer at 12.25p.

Punters piled in amid gossip of an agreed 18p a share cash bid from EXL Service Holdings, the New York-based outsourcing firm, which had a 16p a share offer rejected last October. Months before that a private equity firm was unsuccessful with a 15p a share approach."
