DJ Innovation Group: Henderson Global Investors Hold 245.33M Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Innovation Group PLC (TIG.LN), said Monday that Henderson Global Investors Ltd. is now interested in 245.33 million shares in the company, representing 26.14% voting rights.
