Very happy with my holding here and still a tiny market cap and growing at a very rapid pace. Tesco news outstanding.. can see roots becoming the no1 brand here long term, seems like an excellent product.

Tesco revenues may take a Quarter to feed in but they will come and Roots is a year round product so good times are ahead. 2019 should be the strongest Year to date.

Normally at this stage we would have loads of derampers trying their best to "help" the share price down.

Have you noticed that this is not happening any more ,as they can find nothing to latch onto.

We still have the PRETEND Applegrath but fortunately no-one takes any notice of him!

All these sells that have been thrown at IDP so far this morning and still the price is holding its own. This says a lot about how this company has come of age.

I should imagine that there are lots of investors waiting in the wings wanting to buy but are sitting tight just in case the price comers down a little and they can buy cheaper.Watch the share price rise when this stage has been reached.

Roots expands into Tesco

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, is pleased to provide the following corporate update.

Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Kieran Callan, a Non-executive Director of the Company since December 2016 as its new Chief Executive Officer. This follows the announcement on 19 June that the Company was seeking to appoint a UK based Chief Executive Officer to manage the strong growth expected in FY2019, major new retail chains and the launch of new products. Kieran will step down from his position as Non-executive Director, remain on the Board and be based in the UK. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer is expected to take effect from 17 September 2018. Haris Chaudhry will remain as Executive Chairman.

Kieran has more than three decades of experience in senior management and Chief Executive Officer roles within FMCG businesses with a strong track record of delivering significant and profitable growth. During his diverse career, Kieran was Chief Executive Officer at Joval Group, an international wine and food distribution business where he significantly improved profitability and opened up new international markets. He also held senior management positions at PZ Cussons including Managing Director of Cussons (UK and Australia) and was the founding director of National Australia Bank's (market capitalisation of c. GBP44bn*) private equity business.

Ranging of Roots Double Effect ("Roots") in Tesco

The Company is pleased to announce that it's fast growing premium haircare brand, Roots will be ranged initially in 432 of Tesco's 3,000+ stores in the UK from November 2018. The initial launch sites represent some of the largest and key format stores for haircare nationally within Tesco.

As previously announced, Roots will also be ranged in 359 of the largest of Boot's 2,500 stores this month with the stock currently being shipped into various Boots stores nationally. The Roots' product range has been extended to include heat protect spray, conditioning spray, conditioning mask with various new products under development for launch early next year.

Yeh, could be an interesting day but I expect the bulls to come out on top.

Times they are a-changing!Onwards and upwards for the IDP share price.What a success story this company has been the short time that it has been in existence.I could not have written the script any better myself!

Order Book is loaded with Large Orders. A Spill over from Friday, the Large Buyer had not finished...Can see 220p today as we move forwards through the day...

Agree with you Doc ,but what this lot has got to get used to is that IDP shares are now VERY much in demand as a result of the last company announcement.They really will have their work cut out trying to get the share price down by any significant amount because all that will happen is that buyers will take advantage of any retracement by snapping up more shares at an even more attractive price.!
Methinks that the tables have now turned.as WE are now in the driving seat!

Looks like there was someone shorting 5,000 share multiple times. We will interesting if we get a good rise today and they have to panic about closing them. Also need to remember some have just made 50% profit which although I will be holding is not bad so they could be derisking. I think we are in for an interesting day but the company is stronger than ever
