11/1/2018 09:56 | With the 20k shares purchased today and the cpl 10k ones earlier in the week I would defo say investors are accumulating... Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
11/1/2018 09:13 | Hi Jam4u2. I also am puzzled as to why you are saying the end of the month (as opposed to around the 16th)for the update. Are you only guessing or do you have are reliable source for this info? | teddy boy1
11/1/2018 00:23 | Last year was 16th Jan | mannymif
10/1/2018 23:47 | Oh, looking at last years it was in mid Jan. | jam4u2
10/1/2018 23:25 | Jam,Where did you get that info from? | boonboon
10/1/2018 22:24 | trading update will be end Jan/early Feb. | jam4u2
10/1/2018 20:31 | Conditioner stock up to 184 units now. Great to see some decent SD.com stock levels at last..! | tallprawn
10/1/2018 17:39 | Hey Boonboon. Forgive me. I appreciate how that sounds rediculous esp when compared against head and shoulders (great example btw) Mainly i want them to stock it in massive volumes to stop the stupid system of having to allocate more stock to the online function. I wish somebody could explain this meathod of only putting 50 so available. Superdrug will be sent pallet loads of stock. Why have stock run out - online... equals missed sales. Anyway cheers for the updates gang. Hugely appreciated. Ps i trust there is a reason for this system although i cant see the advantage to it myself. | thelongandtheshortandthetall
10/1/2018 17:17 | Nice top up of Roots stock by SD.. 360 bottles across the 5 products.. Lets see how it sells... Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
10/1/2018 14:26 | Are you talking about just at superdrug, because that's wildly optimistic Imo.For example there are only 134 bottles of head and shoulders in stock and that's a massive brand. | boonboon
10/1/2018 12:35 | 79 units of the conditioner now.Only 8 of the anti dandruff shampoo, but that is the lowest selling product. | boonboon
10/1/2018 12:21 | Whoop! Whoop! Conditioner restocked with 50 units , so good stock in all products of Roots for the first time in months | croasdalelfc
10/1/2018 11:59 | I thought the date would be set on their IR page. Don't they have a financial calender? | anony mous
10/1/2018 11:56 | BTW I'm not saying this to push down the share price. I'm fully invested in this and think it's worth a minimum of £3.50 on current sales of SkinnyTan and Roots.I'm just a little bit impatient to see how much more the other brands are going to add to the price. | boonboon
10/1/2018 11:49 | When does everyone think the trading update will be? 15th Jan? Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
10/1/2018 11:28 | Blueshoes They've got plenty enough going on to meet market expectations and maybe then some without those lines. It seems very much like some people are still waiting to take a position and are angling for a drop in the meantime. If history is anything to go by the share price will rise into the update so those who aren't yet in are cutting it very fine. | bernymadoff
10/1/2018 11:28 | Blue - I hold shares not because of the upcoming trading update but for when SD exclusivity ends and Skinny Tan and Roots are sold in other retailers eg Boots UK (SK already in Boots Ireland) when sales will really take off.. Like Croas says I'm certain HC would have negotiated a great deal to keep this exclusivity (better commercials, introduce Roots with prime position, Stevie K and Charles & Lee).. Whilst I can wait and ride the share price fluctuations what will make me sell is if the above is not happening.. it's the 2019 revenue and profit figures I'm more interested in.. We are already selling products in AMAZON, Asos, Superdrug, Boots etc but there are still plenty of opportunities eg big supermarkets etc.. Joe | aaaaauuuummmm
10/1/2018 10:56 | The below is from a July update where they mention the first quarter of the financial year i.e. July to September. By the results it had been changed to Calendar year. I don't know if the original July release was wrong and they meant calendar year or if there was some delay. I can understand if for example superdrug said, wait till after Christmas as we'll have more space in stores and we can push it together. That would make sense to me. However I think it's a little poor to say at the beginning of January that you're going to launch something the next week and then it does not happen. Stevie KThe Company is launching Stevie K's new website and lip-only products through its DTC platform in Australia next month. The Company has extended Stevie K's range of cruelty free, award winning products to include face and eye make-up, and expects to launch in the UK through its DTC platform in the first quarter of FY 2018. Stevie K is expected to be launched in other international markets shortly thereafter | boonboon
10/1/2018 10:49 | Slippage is a fair appraisal boonboon. IMO. I think we havd so much going on in the background though. It could all flood forth at once. | thelongandtheshortandthetall
10/1/2018 10:48 | Off the top of my head, Prolong and headmaster were originally due to start before the end of the calendar year.Stevie k was also originally scheduled then, but they did announce it was now going to be at the beginning of this year. | boonboon
10/1/2018 10:33 | I know, but originally there were going to be several launches before the end of the year. Then it changed to the beginning of this year so there is slippage.I still believe these are an absolute steal though. | boonboon |
