25/11/2016 09:06 | They got half a million and profitable don't think the likes of super drug Wal mart and Amazon are going bust anytime soon | csmwssk12hu
25/11/2016 08:53 | Shame they have no cash | letmepass
25/11/2016 08:34 | I missed the first rise on this. I think it went over £3.00. With newsflow likely soon and the small placing now done should see a return of buyers. I suspect they will jump on board when the share price moves into the 80s. | loverat
25/11/2016 08:19 | Strong start this should put a floor on the price. | doc robinson
25/11/2016 08:03 | They say they're raising a substantial amount of money at £1.50-£4 | spectoacc
25/11/2016 08:03 | Might be a strong bounce here. And I don't think from reading their statement that it was necessary to raise much at this stage of the cycle. Interesting stock. | loverat
25/11/2016 07:51 | Main thing is they got money and it's now out the way, what matters now is trading and we all know that's good, a dip at start would be nice chance to buy IMHO although I don't think I'll get the chance | csmwssk12hu
25/11/2016 07:44 | Will await news on trading hopefully will get update at agm also good news re production starting in uk in Dec 16 basically next week! Could be exciting times going forward for a smallish company. | doc robinson
25/11/2016 07:19 | Diddly squat raised at 70p! Call the cops. | spectoacc
23/11/2016 09:34 | Looking pretty sickly. Still like the story, but they've a lot to learn about running a public company it seems. | spectoacc
15/11/2016 07:13 | With the clumsy statement in the final results and the director share sale, albeit of superficial quantity, if I was a cynic, I'd say that the directors are intentionally depressing the share price so that they can participate in the placing and take a larger equity stake or for less outlay than if the shareprice was strong. Good job I'm not a cynic.... | boffster
14/11/2016 20:42 | What was the reason the directors sold? Appears to be a bit negative.. Only a small amount though.. Tax reason? | letmepass
14/11/2016 09:11 | Its says in the revised offer document that they don't need to raise as much as things are going better. Just a thought I know companies on AIM can raise money through placings without having to go to all shareholders. Not sure how it works with companies on the main market but could IDP have put this extended offer document out as they don't need the funds at the moment but it gives them the flexibility to raise funds over the next 8 months if they need to and at a price dependent on where the shares are trading at the time ? From all the recent announcements it seems the company is doing well so there shouldn't be a problem raising funds, unless we are missing something. | the shuffle man
14/11/2016 08:31 | To me it says they don't need the money, if they did they would have done it by now at any price, the sales are way ahead of anything they thought they would be, they were profitable and didn't expect to be, they also specified that at end of one year anniversary if they have not proceeded with it it will be cancelled, it's never going to happen imho as it's not now needed, wait for day that rns goes out | csmwssk12hu
14/11/2016 08:30 | I cant understand why raising a couple of million would be an issue. When you think of some of the dross on LSE that has continual cash calls then this one ,which is growing strongly, shouldnt have too much of a problem. | the destroyer
14/11/2016 08:08 | A placing is normally done in weeks not months. I would assume it's not going well otherwise they would have raised the funds by now. | the shuffle man
14/11/2016 07:56 | ...and why are they setting the max price at 500p when anyone wanting shares can buy them in the market at much less? I suppose this has only a small share issue already, so serious numbers are hard to come buy. One assumes they are expecting this to be well over-subscribed?? | the destroyer
14/11/2016 07:26 | Never known a fund raising to take so long. All a bit weird. | the shuffle man
14/11/2016 00:02 | He probably needs some money to buy the missus some fake tan , my ex went through that much a week! | csmwssk12hu
11/11/2016 11:54 | Agreed, and why sell so small, twice? Are they raising money, or not? | spectoacc
11/11/2016 11:45 | Very Odd. You would have thought they would have been in a closed period. | the shuffle man
11/11/2016 11:26 | As weird as they come - look how many he has left, and allegedly in midst of this fundraising: "Announcement of Director / PDMR shareholding The Company was notified on 7 November 2016, that Zaymar Investments Pty Ltd sold 12,500 Ordinary Shares of EUR0.10 each in the Company on 31 October 2016 at a price of GBP1.25 per share and 12,500 Ordinary Shares of EUR0.10 each in the Company on 1 November 2016 at a price of GBP1.00 per share (the "Sale"). Zaymar Investments Pty Ltd is owned and controlled by Haris Altaf Chaudhry, Executive Chairman of InnovaDerma plc. Both transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of these transactions, Haris Altaf Chaudhry's interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company, including that of his connected persons, reduced from 6,018,326 to 5,993,326. Following the Sale, Haris Altaf Chaudhry and his connected persons will retain beneficial interests in approximately 57.9% of the entire issued share capital of the Company." | spectoacc
08/11/2016 19:48 | Totally agree but until they get some more equity or funding I suspect that this will keep dropping.. Crazy | letmepass |
