Mmmm, maybe some possibility of an uptick here, with best mm's offerings on actual quotes being only very fractionally lower than the best ask of 95p. Looks as though any rush might see this higher - given still only 3 x 1500 shrs on offer at the ask, with the highest of these @ 110P.

Despite the many reiterations of old news here and elsewhere, the mm's prices have again eased, with the lowest bid now 88p.

What do we reckon, £2.5m profit next year? I think this is a steal, question is if they have enough cash for expansion.Don't understand why this is so cheap regardless.Really vulnerable to a takeover IMHO.

In October they doubled in a day, for a product with revenues up 8 fold in the year and growing, it's too cheap:

LONDON (Alliance News) - InnovaDerma PLC on Monday said it anticipates higher annual revenue thanks to robust organic growth and the contribution made by its Skinny Tan business.
InnovaDerma, which makes at home treatments for hair loss, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation, said revenue for the year to June 30 will be "significantly higher" year-on-year.
Organic growth has been robust, the company said, and has been boosted by the contribution from Skinny Tan, the UK fake tan brand backed by judges on television show Dragon's Den. InnovaDerma bought Skinny Tan, which claims to reduce the visible appearance of cellulite, in May 2015.
InnovaDerma expects to post revenue of AUD8.3 million for the year to June 30, around eight times the AUD1.1 million it reported a year prior.
Shares in InnovaDerma more than doubled on Monday morning, up to 162.70 pence.

I have a £2.50 minimum target here, bought a few times because I expect a sharp move up.

Skinny Tan sales are rocketing in Superdrug and they have signed international distribution deals that will increase revenue substantially.

Market cap £10m, about the same as expected revenue (£5m rev first half), 2500 retail points and accelerating, no 1 tan selling product in Superdrug.

Shares should be multiples of revenue, 200-250p seems a fair immediate target.
AGM on 15th December, expect it could move up sharply on that IMHO.

I guess at least some of the 771,000 shrs of 70p placing stock (Admission Dec 9th) will actually be coming onto the market Dec 9, at a time when the share price may well be close to what folks paid at the placing, despite perhaps much of the placing having already been pre-sold.

771k shrs in most instances would be just a snack in the mkt, but with IDP there are only 3mm's, with each sticking cautiously to just 1500 shrs each side of the bid/ask; 4500 in total each side.

Btw, the lowest bid is now down to 90p.

It's still looking a bit too rich here, with a mkt cap of over £10 on the eventual 11.116m shrs.

But each to his own, as they say.

Agreed, had a small rise two days ago then bigger one yesterday, bit of consolidation not surprising, however would expect to find higher at end of day imho dyor

Agree buy them and hold, the placing stock looks a bit free at the moment but that will soon find safe hands, there is not much of it.
