12/6/2017 10:27 | Remark, Not really, I reentered at around 113p after that, cheers mate. | che7win
12/6/2017 10:14 | By the way, I should add Stevie K looks to me like being another transformational step in IDP's story and lets not under-estimate the massive potential that is the US market which I think hasnt been exploited yet for even Skinny Tan. | jam4u2
12/6/2017 10:13 | Also, it's only a matter of time before ST ends up on shelves of Boots' UK shops which I assume isn't going to require much marketing expenditure at all and will be a game changer. | melf
12/6/2017 10:12 | Hi Folks, I dont visit here regular, so bear with me as i get used to ADVFN. My estimate of £8m to £8.5m is indeed based on 'just' beating the previous months revenue figures with an arbitrary amount allocated for feb (espec as its only 28 days too). £8.1m reflects that. But on the high side then allow an extra 100 or even 150k for some months and you get to £8.5m on the high side. Anything else is a bonus, but I believe my estimates are realistic. Croas, your post (Croasdalelfc12 Jun '17 - 08:07 - 5754 of 5780) sums up my take. What is more important for me is the Net Profit margins. There is no doubt that IDP is on an aggressive growth trajectory and its revenue growth is not really an issue (be it 8m, 8.5m or even 9m).Its how profitably they are able to do it. Clearly, it will be slightly muddied with the new launches which will take up initial investment, but if after all that IDP are able to show 0.3/0.4m Net profit then I would suggest things are looking very rosy indeed. Remember, this is now becoming about the future and not so much about what has happened. This in its own right shows just how far IDP has come - it has installed confidence in the market about its proppects ala ASOS, BOO etc. In the longer term (next 12 to 18 motnhs), I can see annualised revs of £20m+ (and certainly £20m for next financial year), especially if you take into account the growth profile. For that, I see a £100m mcap justified. BUT key will be ability to grow Net Profit - I suspect Haris is on top of that though. After all he owns just under half the Company! IDP - A Story in the making! | jam4u2
12/6/2017 09:56 | They're in a growth phase with SkinnyTan and acquiring 15,000 direct customers a month. There will off course be a reasonably large marketing budget for this. However they are also getting 9000 repeat orders each month from existing customers so it's worth buying initial customers if they become loyal customers in the future. Not only this, but they are growing their database significantly which should reduce initial marketing budgets for new brands. They already have over 200,000 customers who I expect are mainly female who are paying a premium for a quality self tan brand. It seems like that would be the ideal target market for a premium makeup brand. Also if their marketing is so successful that customers are asking retailers for the products and therefore retailers are coming to them asking to stock it. Then that puts them in an excellent negotiating position. I don't think they would have got the shampoo into Superdrug if it wasn't for the success of skinny tan. | boonboon
12/6/2017 09:47 | Remark, They stated in their listing documents about their marketing expenditure, but didn't raise enough equity to do so. Go back and do some homework. | che7win
12/6/2017 09:26 | Boonboon, That's a hard question, I bought at 75p and exited at highest price 249p.I had a price of just over P/E 20 - 110p as a reentry.Events have been good since then, I would be prepared to upgrade my price target to pay P/E 20-30 for a business like this with no track record but good deal making, so 100-150p seems reasonable risk/reward as its selling generic ingredients.Let's face it, the founders were willing to sell £60k for 10%, anyone could start up and do similar for self tanning, it's a commodity business with no moats. Most here don't realise that IDP needs a much higher marketing budget to compete, they will get so far with the current social media but their competition could squeeze them anytime. | che7win
12/6/2017 09:16 | I have a feeling that the 394p deals going through are Sells rather than buys! Those crafty old M M,s don,t fool me! | teddy boy1
12/6/2017 09:12 | Poor old Che7win. All say Ah! | teddy boy1
12/6/2017 09:11 | Teddy, SWL also interests me, in many ways I much prefer it, it has a good track record, but valuation unfortunately reflects that. | che7win
12/6/2017 09:10 | Che7win, not trying to give you a hard time just genuinely interested. I believe you've previously said you'd buy this at 165p. Is that still the case or have you revised your buy in price based on the company declaring month on month record revenue, ASOS/Boots deal, shampoo deal with Superdrug? | boonboon

12/6/2017 09:04 | Boon, I'm invested in a number of companies, some long term, others short term.I look for profitable trades constantly, IDP is on my watchlist and I await next financial results with interest. Why do you give bears such a hard time, especially when we are so few in number? PS - I'm a contrarian trader. | che7win
12/6/2017 09:02 | Reading between the lines I get the feeling that a lot of posters may have switched from Altitude into IDP . Be careful, as any day now Altitude will take off in a big way (in other words hedge your bets!) also,Swallowfield for steady as she goes SHORT term performance but excellent potential in the medium to longer term. PS YOU HEARD IT HEAR FIRST! | teddy boy1

12/6/2017 08:51 | Che7win, do you mind me asking what companies you're invested in and what your interest is on the IDP board? | boonboon
12/6/2017 08:50 | Well 400p did not take too long, and there is more to come! Now that momentum is on our side we should see a nice steady rise over the next few days. P S I think that me telling all the aged under 35 females that I know and come into contact with(quite a few!), about Skinny Tan must be bearing fruit !Why don,t others try it ? (nothing to lose and lots to gain!) PS I have also been spreading the word ,verbally about INNOVADERMA,S prospects and why they should buy it(a very easy sell!) I have the feeling that this is a lot more successful than preaching to the converted on here! (apart from a couple of morons) | teddy boy1
12/6/2017 08:50 | crashing ? did you really miss out on all of them ? | arab3
12/6/2017 08:47 | BOO, G4M, PRSM, ASC, all crashing today. The market is slowly switching from blue sky overvalued growth stocks to value stocks.Anyone buying IDP is looking for perfection in roll out, no competition and paying years ahead for expected growth. | che7win
