Hi Sig, the salient point being that forward selling of shares not yet issued is illegal.
My calc is now up to (net) 445k shares sold by Peel hunt in last two days without market cover.
Again happy to be proven wrong!

I hold here and expect £3 within the next month or so, but i also understand how new successful business need fundraising to pay for ramping up of stock/marketing!

The difference is NW99 i am presenting my posts as opinion that as always i am happy to be proven incorrect.
Meanwhile you are posting yours as a cast iron guarantee " No placing needed" as fact.
Moreover, this it seems is founded on, (as far as i can see) the belief that you buying the shares at 120p give you superior authority on this matter!

Obviously you understand the difference between cash generation and free cash flow do you?

The ramping up of stock is the essential part of the whole plan, without the financial clout to dramatically increase stock,the whole plan fails.

I think even the most rampant bulls among us understand basic economics.

Is it not the case at this stage in the companies development a placing is the best way to rise funding?
As always short term holders don't want this but long term holders have little to worry about as hopefully the fantastic news flow will continue and the placing price will be left in the distance.

thanks croasd...really useful...looks to me as though PIs selling low volumes...DYOR....be nice if team could attract new instis to pick shares up and announce new name of size on register...

I'm not convinced that a placing is due or necessary as they are selling about £1m a month.Most of that is DTC (probably 80%) at 70% margin.Cash closely follows the sales. They also seem to have good terms with their manufacturer.Recent distribution deals are all etailers which only require deliveries from manufacturing to warehouses.I don't have L2 so I could be completely wrong. Let's wait and see.In other news SD.com is still selling twice the volume that they were selling in Jan and Feb even though the best selling Tan and Tone Oil is 'sold out' - and they have halted the promotion on the Body Glow products.

NW99 are you really suggesting the lower the price that one buys in at, somehow validates that persons opinion more than others buying at a higher price?
I first bought in at 83p, although that said, i don't subscribe to the opinion that makes my views opinion more insightful or factual than anyone else!

I repeat NW, thank you for your opinion. However you can not and do not speak for the company when you state that no funding is requires.
It's just an opinion and has no basis in fact whatsoever!

Despite this being a relatively small deal from an upfront consideration point-of-view it was fairly complex and the presence of minority shareholders added further difficulties. There were a few late nights, and it took a bit of time to bring the deal to a climax, but we got there in the end.
