I think the jury is out on the acquisitions and it is daft to pretend otherwise. But they have an interesting model if they can sell direct to consumers. There was always going to be a question over turning IDP from Skinny Tan into a proper business. As long as the acquisitions are not too costly and ST continues to grow, this could be very successful, but there are no guarantees.

Not convinced the market will like this after the excitement fades. growth by acquisitions and trading statements without figures. I am out for now.

Some premature assumptions from peeps but the acquisition will/may accelerate the FDA approval of their hair growth product. Appears to be a cracking buy (so cheap for potentially big market), no dilution (not much anyway), let's wait and see.
