Really like the research mate and appreciate the time you are taking! I do tracking sometimes on the st website and products are snapped up very very quickly! Im very excited about the prospects of this company and agree with others about a good acquisition! Not sure why anyones would sell at this level, i think growth is happening at a fairly rapid rate! Keep up the good work!

I added to my holding today because of my research on the company which I will share with you.
NB I try to track sales through Superdrug.com and each DTC website but some are easier than others.

24 hours of tracked sales Tuesday 7pm to Wednesday 7pm

www.skinnytan.com Tracking probably 80% of sales £1250
www.skinnytan.co.uk Tracking probably 70%-80% of sales £14000 of which £11000 was one promotion. NB there are a few promotions I cannot track!!
www.skinnytan.com.au Not sure but about $500 (it’s Summer in Aussieland)
plus www.Superdrug.com Tracking most of the sales…. £4000
(there is a big promotion running)

Total tracked sales approx. £20000 in 24 hours.

It’s impossible for me to overestimate the amount of sales but very possible to greatly underestimate them.

Making conservative estimates that I am tracking approx 75% my guess is that these 4 websites are selling upwards of £25,000 a day. Caveat: Its only one day of tracking but if I am close to the mark then its about £8m to £10m per annum.

By the way the main Special I am tracking sold 375 yesterday and 369 today so very consistent sales. I think they plan to sell at least 2500 a week @ £30 ….. or about £75000. It puts the purchase price of yesterday’s two acquisitions into persepective!!

So add on additional daily sales in 570+ Superdrug retail outlets, GNC.com,GNC stores, Amazon.com,Soap.com, Ebay, Olive Young, Chemist Warehouse, Priceline etc etc ,then add on the professional range sales etc etc.; then add on the new acquisitions; then add the new ranges of skincare products to be launched in 2017 and maybe you can see my rationale for adding to my holding.

NB Areas were I think there is huge scope for improvement:

Stock still runs out a lot – sort out inventory for each website and Superdrug etc!!
The professional range is sold out in UK and not rolled out in US except for Artesian.com
Customer service complaints still too high
Many products still not available in all sales regions i.e. lots of newer product extensions not for sale in US or NZ
The NZ website is not maintained or updated.
There are lots of others but Im tired and this post is getting long.

Back tomorrow for some more....

think about it from the sellers perspective .... very difficult to get really off the ground even if great prospects without marketing support and money. virtually impossible to earn a decent salary. so win win deal comes along ... small amount upfront, 3 years employment at least and opportunity to participate in rapidly growing enterprise. from innovaderma perspective new highly regarded product lines at excellent entry price. win win.

With no debt or liabilities assumed, then surely this looks a total bargain.

Yes the brand might need some work, but if all the product testing and safety costs are out the way and this product is market ready, it looks like a very good deal.

375 of the special offer on the UK website sold in 24 hours @£30 Approx £11250 . From Monday 6pm night to Tuesday 6pmEstimating total sales from that DTC channel in 24 hours is hard but probably in excess of £15000 or £5m a year.
