Che7win - they emphasis that cash is generated quickly from the DTC channel - 10000+ sales a month - usually BOGOFS at about £30 so probably £ 300k per month.Ok rapid expansion is difficult without a lot of cash cash - but I think they are planning to roll out as rapidly as possible within the constraints

Even if they do need additional working capital to fund growth it could easily be with some borrowing as they are debt free.Dibbs

By the way hotshot, my local Superdrug has no more space alloacted for Skinny Tan, from what I can see there are a few other vendors stocking and St Tropez has as much if not more space.

You think growth here is fantastic, from such a low starting point it isn't fast enough.

che7win - it's highly likely they are investing the cash raised to improve the supply chain, on first glance the figures y'day were pretty reasonable, and I am a total sceptic of these start-ups, and particularly when BBoards are just trumpeting the positives, but this has potential!

for someone that worked in the city, you amaze me. You think this company can grow fast without cash? They aren't cash flow positive.

This company needs much more cash than they have - they wanted to raise £3m from the listing docs and only raised half that so far.

Stock has gone up by £800K as well as having £700K cash. Selling more DTC will help cash flow & profit as well

This co. ought to find a licence partner to manufacture the products in main markets, it is apparent the product has a large following, spoken to assistants working in Superdrug, even they prefer Skinny Tan, but their feedback suggests it is the best seller!

If they lost 115K. at the half year, it's looks that £700K cash will be more than sufficient, they must be cash flow positive by now!
J777J lost a packet convincing himself that BLUR was still a good investment having lost 98% of its value, so he is either a fanny merchant or he has a very high opinion of himself!

They will need a lot more cash if they are to be able to fund their so called high growth.With small numbers growth always looks more flattering.It is still selling fake tan in a highly fickle marketplace.
