14/1/2005 18:13 | Noticed a(K)blocktrade on BDT this morniing of 250,000. | tamaybroke
14/1/2005 16:50 | Just had a bit of fun with INO - made three purchases resulting in bid rising to 9.25, a premium to the first two! There are just no shares available in the market. Ho hum ... | brianbush
14/1/2005 16:38 | Nice to know my purchase of 37K today pushed up the price by 10% wow...... and the spooky thing is my name is Mr S.Wicks. Good luck on this. | eastender boy
14/1/2005 16:26 | mmm !! timing couldn't of been better,a bit of press for the weekend perhaps. | tamaybroke
14/1/2005 16:06 | Yes Shawzie, I was accounting for the understatement of investment value, even with investments valued at current market price, BDT is trading at NAV. Perhaps the reason for their relatively high share price is their casino business. If I had a wadge of cash to invest, I'd be looking at INO first, BDT second, and ARX third, out of this chain of companies. | bozzy_s
14/1/2005 14:48 | bozzy_s The following may be of general interest to you ; In December 2004, INO had 158 shareholders and BDT had 274. | shawzie
14/1/2005 12:17 | Mr Stevens said lately himself and his freinds hold 70% of the company(INO),he also said he is very confindent that his friends and himself will take a large quantity of any more shares being issued if it came to that,he also said that a revaluation on Moss Cottage will now more than likely be used to fund the next acquisition,at present that's what they are looking into. | tamaybroke
14/1/2005 12:09 | could he be looking for a controlling interest in Bidtimes ? | tamaybroke
14/1/2005 11:16 | bozzy_s My initial reaction about Bidtime was similar to your own - but I had another look at the assets/investments held and they seem to be worth about £250,000 more than shown in the balance sheet. Bidtime holds 15% of the Innobox shares, so if you think INO will do well then that success will be reflected in BDT. Last month i managed to purchase Bidtime shares at 4.41p (although my broker had difficulty in obtaining any shares), so buy Bidtime and that will give you a stake in Innobox which will also give you a stake in Aerobox. | shawzie
14/1/2005 09:54 | Oh if only I had some cash!!!!!!! ARX looks a bit pricey now to me, £27m market cap, with an order book of approx £0.3m. Need to announce a big order soon to justify such a price. Also need to consider the recent buyers of 30+ milion shares at 14p. Profit taking is inevitable (where else can you get 40% in a few months?).. But as the rise hasn't touched INO's price, the fall shouldn't either. | bozzy_s
14/1/2005 09:51 | Strange that he looked into BDT. They offer no value compared with INO, in my opinion. They appear to be trading at NAV, whereas INO continues to trade at a discount. | bozzy_s
14/1/2005 08:21 | would have thought these were also due a boost following the recent rises at ARX ?? Still watching closely to see if Mr Wicks picks up anymore INO | infinity
13/1/2005 23:44 | And the plot thickens........... plus he has around £80,000 left from his sale in November of Country and Metrpolotan shares and i c another X trade yesterday of 100,000 shares in Bidtimes............ is doing overtime at present. | tamaybroke
13/1/2005 20:52 | LONDON (AFX) - Bidtimes PLC said Stephen Wicks has acquired 1.4 mln ordinary shares in the company and now holds 1,825,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.5 pct. newsdesk@afxnews.com slm I take it that this is the same Stephen wicks that has bought into INO. | jayboy4
13/1/2005 13:36 | Hendenne, bozzy or anyone been in contact with Mr.Russell raising any queries lately ? I have to fork off now ! but i got satisfactory and informative answers to mine(suprisingly) and very encouraging too, will post later. | tamaybroke
13/1/2005 12:46 | lonely hearts indeed... yes, bozzy (as you know) - 'value' of INO's holding is increasing, up 4% today which has resulted in a 4% drop of INO price, amazing isn't it........ looking 4ward 2 January report from INO......... | hendenne
13/1/2005 08:17 | The lonely hearts thread : | tamaybroke
11/1/2005 12:38 | Just a quick question Hendenne, when you say "steadily increasing aerobox holding", I assume you mean the ARX price is rising, rather than INO is buying more ARX shares? | bozzy_s
11/1/2005 12:36 | Yeah, shame I had to sell 260k of the sods! Will continue to watch very very closely, as I believe they are still undervalued significantly. Just need a trading statement to clarify. I would expect to be paying around 10p per share after that, but it will still be a cheap long term investment at that price. | bozzy_s
11/1/2005 10:13 | January report .......... positive trading revaluation of properties steadily increasing aerobox holding looks like bozzy was right all along. | hendenne
11/1/2005 08:03 | Shawzie - It's interesting to note Russell's own share dealings cf. your post: Purchase details are OTOH(so please check for exact figures): Bought INO at 3.75p Summer 03 Now 8.25p Bought BDT at 2.75p Summer 04 Now 5.38p Sold MRD at 2p Now 1.05p I think that's all the quoted ones. Unlike some directors, he seems to have a pretty good track record for dealing in his own stocks, so far. Rgds dell | dell314
10/1/2005 20:35 | H There are a lot of tempting shares out there at the moment and I have quite a few to choose from on my watch list.I must confess though that I keep coming back to this one and will be seriously pushed to avoid not buying very soon or sooner Regards | marvelman
10/1/2005 18:53 | mm - now is the time to be in, or get back in........ | hendenne
09/1/2005 15:46 | I wonder if holdings in the pack will be shuffled around as results draw near? Meriden down, Bidtime up and Innobox fairly static. | shawzie
09/1/2005 12:58 | Nice to here from you again Hendenne....it was getting much too quiet! I am still not in and wont until I see a trading update however the ARX lift is certainly making the share price look more and more compelling.Dont think Bozzy is in again yet either but for those of you that are it does look as if you have weathered the storm and those lows wont be seen again. regards | marvelman |
