17/9/2015 11:44 | Switch to the map view on that link Igbert and then tell me that's a bargain | joe say
17/9/2015 11:37 | They look a bargain at those prices ! | igbertsponk
17/9/2015 11:37 | Jaws - I live 2 miles from the Loudwater site - what may not be apparent from the photos/website is that the flats are sat virtually underneath the M40. Personally wouldn't touch with a barge pole but I guess needs must for many | joe say
17/9/2015 11:32 | hxxp://www.inlandhom | jaws6
17/9/2015 10:13 | still at a large discount here - good news shld drive higher | luckymouse
15/9/2015 18:48 | wouldn't have been a mistake ;) | dt1010
15/9/2015 18:00 | Igbert - you are right - looks like a post code error. It looks as if Wilton Park was a good deal for Inland. | huttonr
15/9/2015 17:00 | Huttonr - I'm certain. Google may take you there using the postcode. But Search instead for Dupre Crescent and you'll find it at Wilton Park. Bing Maps gets you a very good picture - I suspect its one at the Western end of the road. | igbertsponk
15/9/2015 16:35 | Igbert Also a quick look at a Google map - looks about 500metres from Wilton Park - are you sure that you are right? | huttonr
15/9/2015 13:14 | Interesting sale: 77 Dupre Crescent, Wilton Park HP9 1LJ Detached house, Freehold Jul 2015 £842,500 Quick map search suggests that Inland are beginning to sell of some of the nicer houses on the Beaconsfield site. They won't need to sell too many of these to be in for free ! Looks like they have about 40 of these, though many are semis so more like £500k each. Still, should add up to an easy £25m ! | igbertsponk
15/9/2015 13:07 | Judging by how the housing market is outside London, v strongly I bet. Central London v commuting to London. No brainer | dt1010
15/9/2015 06:32 | Imo inl are waiting for the 18th-19th to see how well those properties sell | ravin146
14/9/2015 12:42 | In full agreement mouse. | dt1010
14/9/2015 12:40 | Thanks LuckyMouse. That clarifies. Regards Source. | source
14/9/2015 11:40 | Hi chaps - well im promoting it obviously :) Apols, I forget not everyone is into TA - no cryptics intended - just easier! I posted a weekly to get rid of some noise - it shows a shallow bowl n nipple off lwr channel - lovely, this implies a break upwards - if mkt sentiment and stk RNS permits of course - the general mkt is drifting sideways ahead of the significant fed decision - the individual stk news is v positive - so in summary: as long as the fed doesn't freak out the general mkt - the TA & stk news would suggest a breakout Hope that helps a bit ATB LM EDIT no one really knows what the fed will do - int rate futures show a probability that they will delay or it will be a lame move - but that's all we can tell - a surprise either way will create volatility | luckymouse
11/9/2015 19:26 | Yes it will be. | dt1010
11/9/2015 15:47 | :) guess we'll just have to wait to find out then! Hopefully it will be good news. Regards,Source. | source
11/9/2015 11:09 | Source - I forgot that Lucky Mouse had posted that chart link - so, like you, I still wonder what he was referring to in that cryptic "significantly ahead" post. I assume it was the trading statement. Interesting to see that the INL share price is turning up from the bottom of trading channel as shown on that Lucky Mouse chart. Also from that trading update - "The Board of Inland Homes provides the following update on trading ahead of its preliminary results announcement for the twelve months ended 30 June 2014, which will be released in September 2015." So any time soon there should be a Notice of Results RNS. | 43rick
11/9/2015 10:36 | Thanks 43riks - I probably should have been a bit clearer. When LuckyMouse "significantly ahead" he also posted an interesting chart. I couldn't get what LuckyMouse's connection between that statement and the chart, so asked. (To be honest there's quite a few cryptic messages here recently. The nudge nudge wink wink from a few posters here is just losing me and good discussion :)Regards,Source. | source
11/9/2015 10:13 | From the 23rd July trading update "The Group's performance for the year ended 30 June 2015 has been extremely strong and, as reported on 17 June 2015, the profit before tax will be significantly ahead of the then consensus forecast in the market of £12.7m." | 43rick
10/9/2015 23:26 | What did you mean LuckyMouse by your post above saying "significantly ahead " ?Regards,Source. | source
10/9/2015 19:53 | Excellent results coming ;) | dt1010
10/9/2015 16:19 | significantly ahead... | luckymouse
09/9/2015 09:21 | "The Group's performance for the year ended 30 June 2015 has been extremely strong and, as reported on 17 June 2015, the profit before tax will be significantly ahead of the then consensus forecast in the market of £12.7m. The performance in the first half of the financial year was driven primarily by our housebuilding operations, which was followed by profitable land sales in the second half. The land bank has also continued to grow, notwithstanding the land sales during the year." sp has hardly moved since that 23rd July trading update (!) and "The Board of Inland Homes provides the following update on trading ahead of its preliminary results announcement for the twelve months ended 30 June 2014, which will be released in September 2015." | 43rick |
