Tidy/Degsy. You are clueless here having only just bought in. Had you read the last RNS you wouldn’t embarrass yourself by posting this as new news.

This is not new news - it is the deal as already announced by RNS. (though with some extra detail)

Extract from article:

PSA International will acquire DLI through PSA India Intermodal Pte Ltd, a subsidiary. The acquisition will be done in two stages. First, PSA-Gateway will buy a 24 per cent equity in DLI India (DLII), the Mauritius-based parent company of DLI, for $50 million.

It will also subscribe to 7,500 convertible preference shares (CPS) in DLII, investing $75 million in multiple tranches at a price of $10,000 a piece. per DLII CPS.

In both the investments, PSA’s share will be 70 per cent.

PSA-Gateway has also conditionally agreed to subscribe for an additional $10 million of DLII CPS in the event of DLI’s construction and project cost overruns.
On conversion of the DLII CPS, IIP’s stake in DLI will be reduced to a minimum of 20 per cent and a maximum of 49 per cent.

However, on conversion of the DLII CPS following the occurrence of a default under any of the transaction documents, Infrastructure India Plc’s interest in DLI could be reduced to zero.

this company is a complete and utter con. has raised millions and never paid a dividend and no auditor will even validate the accounts. huge fees taken by the fund manager and after 10 yrs of ripping off shareholders all the way down from £1 a share you suddenly expect them to give you a piece of the pie

Great analysis of IIP from rjmahan who also posts here (it's from Dec 2017, but still very much worth a read). This was the reason I had IIP on my watchlist but I had forgotten that, so have just re-read today:

Worth reading the comments at the bottom also.

That’s the beauty of it.....seems to tick up on every buy. Clearly a lack of stock with mms trying all they can to spook people into selling. They must think investors are idiots. We can all read an RNS and understand when a company share price is rediculously low to what it should be worth. Any weekend press comments will surely see this double on Monday. Looking at the small selling volume it would appear most buyers this week are in for the rerate that is coming. Good luck getting in on Monday!

Sone you win some you lose. Had a few losers recently due to market manipulation and not on company fundamentals. Have to say these could be the new TERN story. Next week will be very interesting indeed.
