NAV per share was £0.35 as at 30 September 2017

amri - what inside info? I asked why is price so low when nav is 40p which is a face as per accounts and prior RNS- they said they cant explain why and that all info is in public domain

Also the 40p NAV you are staring is wrong, agree a 22p target and yes maybe sometime next year we might see that 40p

That's a B/S, no company's would give you their thoughts or inside information, I do agree that they have no debt and are about to receive large amount of money for investment

in 12 years of trading I don't think I have seen such a no brainer

40p NAV no debts or loans and £95m soon to come in

amazing really - market is in a bit of shock really hence they are trying to load up on stock - today looks first time they are ready to let it go

spoke to company and they are shocked themselves that the price is not closer to NAV hence why they have been loading up

Slow going with most trades quite small and so far only small punts hoping to double or treble their money. Looks OK but needs eagle's eyes at this point.
Needs MMs to narrow this ridiculous spread that puts off some as risk of big losses looks them in the face. Needs GGP's MMs.
