As I understand licences can only be moved out of A Company with the approval of the Secretary of State for Energy.. hence a way around this is to acquire the Company that has the licences.

Togger, it means share for share equity

Ie 1 share in Transgas for 1 share in infinity.

Basically issuing INfT shares for the Transgas stake.

Nearly there guys. Think this will surprise :-)

INFT ticker on ADVFN has gone also ... if you type it in INFORTE CORP NASDAQ
COME'S UP strange... but BB still going and news feed is still going...

but can only be access from your recent history...

mike you must be the only one that new there was a RNS out on the 20th of April 2018

well done again for bringing it to our attention ....

is there a website we can go to for news ... if they should close this BB down also

about ticker INFT... it cannot be found on LSE AND THE bb has gone... so this is the
only BB that's still going to get information and further news...

so this BB will get busy soon...I should imagine...

My previous post wasn't correctly worded. The ticker briefly changed last week to GBR. I haven't come across such a situation before.
