Mike, I got out of this a few weeks before suspension and the strong buying during the few days before suspension enticed me to buy back in...while thinking, rightly or wrongly, that someone knows something here.

Presume there'll need to be some kind of fundraise with the new listing, although it'll presumably be a RTO in paper with Transgas shareholders ending up owning most of Infinity - the question for us existing holders is what share price these new shares will be created at? Ideally a big premium to the suspension price, but we can only hope and guess at this stage.

Must admit I don't know much about Trangas Ltd and if there's any value in it.I did have 11m shares in Infinity but sold them all before suspension. I then bought 300k shares just before close on the last day just in case......

Yes...TPS was just a legal con. Orders galore and shareholders saw none of the upside.

I think holders...me included.....will be lucky to get their investment back. I reckon we will see nothing for months even years here.

Cancellation of trading on AIM is rather disturbing as the directors had inferred a deal was quite close. It always takes some time before trading can get going again.
It's difficult to find out much as far as a public private company is concerned.

Quite often an offer is made as in the case of Turbo Systems TPS. In that case at 33% less than the closing price on AIM. All very unsatisfactory. I smell a rat at Infinity.

about three weeks to go before we get news one way or another! The RTO has been at an advance stage for so long don't know why it has to go down to the wire.

I sold out completely before suspension. Got the jitters.. however seems like all going to plan.. not Famliar with aim rules but could it get trading again soon?
