14/2/2011 20:27 | It dropped like a stone from 80 down to 20 in less than a year and the bottom fishers are pleased with a dead cat bounce from 20 to 25? The £20m debt on the balance sheet speaks louder than any message board ramper Very much a sell based on a board of dud directors with no financial risk management | bookiebuster
14/2/2011 18:45 | looks impressive...as we get closer to the out come....the `Golden Cross` is looking inevitable | htrocka
14/2/2011 16:49 | All the derampers have moved on now they are busy shorting GKP and another of my holdings ZEN. Happy days. | simon_64
14/2/2011 09:30 | dcroston...Longer term I agree there could be much more value in a partnership, but for me a nice clean "due dilligence done" cash take out would be favourite! 45p will more than double me up and I'd settle for that! | the_beagle
14/2/2011 09:19 | tbh I'm not even sure this will be taken over but I bought in at under 20p because I thought it looked cheap. My information after communicating with the company last week was that they couldnt say very much except that they were looking for investment and not interested in being bought out. In my opinion, both events would be equally good news for the share price. | dcroston
14/2/2011 08:57 | solar - when did you speak to him? | baldeagle5
14/2/2011 08:47 | I called the CEO, which anyone can do, they are negotiating for NAV which is 53p. | solardave

14/2/2011 08:42 | baldeagle5.....Not seen that reported anywhere. Do you have a link? | the_beagle
14/2/2011 08:32 | Just my humble opinion, but seeing as though we have had the Times write up over the weekend, I would be surprised if we didn't see 30p today. | jonny flame
14/2/2011 08:30 | very much off investors radars this one. | jonny flame
14/2/2011 08:25 | 45P is supposedly what management are asking. | baldeagle5
14/2/2011 08:14 | If this keeps going it might force an RNS re price movement, already 30% up from last week's low point. | the_beagle
14/2/2011 08:08 | Maybe 30p will turn out out be the cash element of any deal. . . . + shares. | bobs good eye
14/2/2011 08:04 | I don't think the Times has a clue re takeout price. Good bit of interest brewing up though, maybe as a result of the article. | the_beagle
14/2/2011 07:44 | Well looking good for this week chaps and if there is more than one i think we will be looking North of the Times 30p guestimate. | simon_64
14/2/2011 06:11 | `...with more than one`...hmmm, a curious statement to make without looking at the books. | htrocka
13/2/2011 17:05 | Times 12 Feb Tiddler to Watch Canny traders were keeping an eye on Indian Energy, a power producer that wants to become the biggest owner and operator of wind farms in the sub-continent. The shares advanced 4.7% to 23p on AIM. The word was that takeover talks were progressing nicely, with more than one potential buyer expected to stump up about 30p a share. | ianbrewster
13/2/2011 14:45 | Guys, please tell us more. Today's paper or yesterday? | the_beagle
13/2/2011 13:48 | I`ve not seen it...but sounds like a `cash and share` mix. | htrocka
13/2/2011 11:06 | Anyone see the article in the Times at the weekend. V. bullish on a takeover by all accounts. | dcroston
12/2/2011 13:21 | An approach, with a known bid price, was made for `WIND`. The major shareholder convinced the board to reject the bid as `significantly undervalued`..it could be the same scenario here, which would mean that Utilico would have to play one of their many cards. I`m sure they have agenda`s of their own.. | htrocka |
