Pull back to 22 -24p range then onwards to 28-30p range,,,,,,45-55p on any positive T/O news.....

Problem is now - will be very difficult to sell up only to buy back cheaper

1. No available stock
2. News imminent

35p worst case scenario here...(They dont come this good very often bookie!!!,,,as you know..)

It dropped like a stone from 80 down to 20 in less than a year and the bottom fishers are pleased with a dead cat bounce from 20 to 25?

The £20m debt on the balance sheet speaks louder than any message board ramper

Very much a sell based on a board of dud directors with no financial risk management

dcroston...Longer term I agree there could be much more value in a partnership, but for me a nice clean "due dilligence done" cash take out would be favourite! 45p will more than double me up and I'd settle for that!

tbh I'm not even sure this will be taken over but I bought in at under 20p because I thought it looked cheap. My information after communicating with the company last week was that they couldnt say very much except that they were looking for investment and not interested in being bought out.

In my opinion, both events would be equally good news for the share price.

Just my humble opinion, but seeing as though we have had the Times write up over the weekend, I would be surprised if we didn't see 30p today.

If this keeps going it might force an RNS re price movement, already 30% up from last week's low point.

Maybe 30p will turn out out be the cash element of any deal. . . . + shares.

I don't think the Times has a clue re takeout price. Good bit of interest brewing up though, maybe as a result of the article.

Times 12 Feb
Tiddler to Watch

Canny traders were keeping an eye on Indian Energy, a power producer that wants to become the biggest owner and operator of wind farms in the sub-continent. The shares advanced 4.7% to 23p on AIM. The word was that takeover talks were progressing nicely, with more than one potential buyer expected to stump up about 30p a share.

Anyone see the article in the Times at the weekend. V. bullish on a takeover by all accounts.

An approach, with a known bid price, was made for `WIND`. The major shareholder convinced the board to reject the bid as `significantly undervalued`..it could be the same scenario here, which would mean that Utilico would have to play one of their many cards.

I`m sure they have agenda`s of their own..
