10/2/2011 10:17 | R Jennings imo is a private investor... due to IEL being in offer period, any trade by someone holding 1% or more is now declared.. so 256,410 is the threshold above which you need to declare your holding/trades...the | sportbilly1976
10/2/2011 09:51 | beagle = This mornings rns.....8.3 | the stinger
10/2/2011 09:49 | Where have you seen r jennings? | the_beagle
10/2/2011 09:46 | The stinger....The 22p bid is for 20,000 shares. Just shows as LSE which suggests a DMA operator. A dummy sell with TDW only gives 20.5p bid, so I don't know what to make of it. | the_beagle
10/2/2011 09:14 | beagle - 22 bid at what volume.....and wonder who r jennings is? | the stinger
10/2/2011 09:12 | 8 small buys I still see as encouraging. Can't understand the 22p bid merchant though he's still there half an hour on. The MMs don't seem to take him seriously however, which is perhaps a shame. | the_beagle
10/2/2011 08:37 | Wow action has begun. 22p bid by a DMA buyer, still 21.5p offer by the MMs. | the_beagle
10/2/2011 08:34 | Very quiet start today, but what there is is positive. | the_beagle
09/2/2011 21:24 | Whoever buys this company has got themselves a bargain...At the moment IEL has net(serviceable) debts of £14.3m...Revenues of £2.3m...41.3 MW of producing turbines with a market cap of £5.36m WIND has net (serviceable) debts of £12.63m...Revenues of £6,2m..with 37.15 MW of producing turbines....and capitalised at £55.2m.....yes, they have increased revenues, and slightly less debt...(and with a bit of working capital in the bank...and paying a dividend on the share).....but 10 times the capitalisation of IEL...Hmmm? There`s even a correlating parallel to the share graph....a further parallel may ensue in that the largest shareholder in WIND voted NOT to sell for 67P.. | htrocka
09/2/2011 20:42 | Hi Beagle Yeah hopefully with the forced seller out should move up nearer to NAV before T/O he who dares wins and all that. | simon_64
09/2/2011 19:59 | phew, glad i didn't give up on these. holding from 21 a few weeks ago and don't fancy giving them up for less than 40p | empirestate
09/2/2011 19:48 | Good progress today | solardave
09/2/2011 14:45 | Just getting a little more interesting......... | dcroston
09/2/2011 14:38 | Hi Simon....Back to where we came in! 300k net buys today suggests something is moving. The buying started early on and is the reason for the seller apparently clearing, not the result of it, if you know what I mean! | the_beagle
09/2/2011 14:18 | Good to see the forced seller is gone, this has been bolted to the floor by investment committees requiring exists. They have all now gone, Ardent is the broker. NAV is 53p, take over is in due diligence. | transforma
09/2/2011 13:54 | starting to come to life again. | simon_64
09/2/2011 13:51 | 19.25 19.5p at present following 50k buys at 19.5p. Very tight spread for IEL. 21p the next offer. Looks as if news is not far away imo. | the_beagle
09/2/2011 13:24 | ARDA have been on the offer all morning, albeit raising their selling price from time to time. Are they the same as Arden Partners, the company nomad? Seems strange that they are capping the price, if that's the case. I've also noticed that other MMs have now moved out to 21p. | the_beagle
09/2/2011 12:03 | I think they'll be some reward here given a little time. | dcroston
09/2/2011 11:06 | solardave.....I can't see the price of 19p, an all time low, being great for anyone unless he bought today for the first time! | the_beagle
09/2/2011 10:15 | Thanks Htrocka So, Premier are now out and that is the last of the overhang, buying will now push this north, unless I have missed something. Roll on the deal. As I understand it many funds have new policies to sell out of small cap aim stocks by the end of this financial year. For IEL this has resulted in an unrealistic sell down. It's great for us of course because the price has been driven down hard. Now that the panic sellers are out let's watch the effect! Dave | solardave
09/2/2011 08:44 | Four buys to one sell this am. More action than the whole of last week. May the buying continue! | the_beagle
09/2/2011 08:33 | htrocka...Thanks for the input. I sure hope youare right! | the_beagle
08/2/2011 19:30 | When Dr Graham Cooley bought 1.1% of this company he put his repiutation on the line...He`s a renown dealmaker and I`m suprised others who follow his career have not climbed on board. WIND rejected their approach.. as under valued...and have climbed 25% since. I`m sure there`s nothing untowards within the company books to uncover via the `due dilligence` process...This is currently valued at £114k/MW....that`s about £42k/MW...undervalue | htrocka
07/2/2011 22:52 | Htrocka What's your view of the current situation? I'm happy to hold and will buy some more if they dip below this level. Dave | solardave |
