Today there is 125000 on offer at 20.5 on board by someone. This is on LSE IEL window.

Directors are in at 85p for 2.3m, so not going to take 20p when assets are 50p+

Most of the institutions are in at 80p, NAV is 57p they,ll be negotiating around 60p.

not so much of a diaster if you are buying at these prices. Co has enough working capital for 12 months, so plenty of time for a bid to come in.
