Also I can't even Bed and SIPP these as my understanding is once these are delisted, the shares can't be held in a SIPP either...

We have no other choice. If we assume the ex ex FD supports the resolution, they are there already at 75%.

I do fear the biggest loss (not financially but as shareholders) for us when they list the downsides of being delisted are the corporate governance protections we have (ok fat lot of good they've done so far) but for example if delisted, who wants to bet the company wouldn't have got the Google money off the trust...

As Gimme says, there is no market here and the price is totally artificial and we are essentially delisted already. For sellers, this is now worthless.

An interesting point however, is for those wanting to crystallise a loss for any gains elsewhere - they can't and I'm pretty sure being delisted won't either so we're stuffed on that too. [not that i have this problem currently!]

James

How does that leave us in the future ie. if the company does really well and we want to cash in do we apply to iir direct to see what they will give us how will it work

Well its pretty much a done deal so time to get behind the company & look ahead to owning a portion of an unlisted company. If PSQ performs as expected & they do indeed utilise the £200k saved from delisting to the company advantage then so be it we will see an improved return over the LT.

I suppose it depends which way you look at it. if you intend to keep a holding then you have some very cheap shares around. although I'm certain this will drop I bet there will be a buyer around

I wonder who?

just registered with these guys as this sort of broker is where we appear fated to end...

Tomorrow may be a day to take the dog for a 12 hour walk and avoid watching my investment be crushed.

But what I'm saying is ride out the storm, just forget about these shares and hopefully in 3 years time a more healthy IIR relist.

Induna- They could relist, but I suspect they would only do that when they appear to be healthy, but in reality know of impending bad news.

Thus, they could have another go at milikng us small PI's

If they did deleist. Is is plausable that they may relist back on to AIM in the future? After the company starts to grow and gets more healthy?

I would prefer to work toward recouping my investment or at least seeing an annual return on it - Perhaps I'm just being old fashioned though !

well

I think we need to threaten to chain ourselves to the doors of the lse, blaming them for the lack of control over the aim and for activley encouraging it by working with a company that does not represent its shareholders.

at least that might embarrass them into ditching iir

I would rather see this company crash and burn than get robbed after delisting when mr s issues more unlisted shares to himself.

Incidentally has anyone spoke to the company \ nomad \ non exec ? If so what feedback do you have thus far ?

I am not sure what we can or should do but think a list of prudent Q for the Co \ Nomad would be a good start to at least try to add some more detail to the current list of reasons for delisting, some of which I think are light in info & contradictory to statements in the finals - I did send some off but think that I was a little hotheaded at the time which will clearly get nowhere.

I know the General Meeting is to discuss the proposed delisting but at that point it will be all but a formality imo, we may also find that with more info the options are limited & the argument to delist more convincing - for me it is a last option though as I prefer to hold shares in a listed co. despite the cost of maintaining that listing.

If anyone prefers to discuss offline please mail me at scotty500@yahoo.com.
