Sorry I can't hold it in any more.

Dashed poor show Mr Smith.

I also wonder how selftrade will hold my shares - I presume when delisted they won't be eligible for the crest settlement system.

Having said that I should get the shares rematerialised so I'm on the share register. I'll do that tomorrow - can i suggest all holders who want to vote and/or attend the agm get on to their brokers to do the same!

well he wont be getting my shares. Im hanging on to them. What will it actually mean for our shares if we hang on? Will there be a market 4 them? How do we sell them and who sets the price? Is it worth hanging on after all the prospects 4 the company look good. Will de listed shares ever reflect this sentiment? Or are we shagged? Ive no idea.
By the way if these ever trade again forget getting out as the MMs will open trading at 2p or lower without any trades going thro. So ill ave 2 wait and see what happens when we de list ne way.

nothing to say they have but in the text there is a reference to the new nomads not agreeing with plans of the board/trust/old nomad.

as i posted earlier, they can sit back and mop up the stock that is dumped at tiny prices from the MMs who end up with it on their books.

The implied market cap could fall to £100k, nothing and he'd not care. He's going to have the company in private and can do what he likes pretty much - I wonder if the failed transaction with Smith Trust which appears to have led to a disagreement between them and the NOMAD is actually the driver here...

to be fair, our shares are the most illiquid I have ever come across, we would have trouble selling our holding de listed or not, but the whole thing stinks. it look like a underhand way of getting his hand on the whole company after the shareholders have taken all the risk. now a lot of the risks are removed and the future looks good the greedy sod wants it for himself but doesn't want to pay for it even though between trusts relative and friends most of it is his anyway.

very disapointed

James - it was a poor attempt at humour. ie if they don't follow the rules would they then be thrown off of AIM ?

James - And if a company doesn't follow the rules (re:75% voting), would they then be delisted ?

Yes well done CW you called it a short 2 years ago when it was 10p.

FYI - Under the AIM Rules for Companies, it is a requirement that any delisting from AIM must be approved by not less than 75 per cent of Stockholders voting in general meeting !

Do you think we will see a research note with updated broker forecasts.......

Incidentally they estimate management time to maintain listing is £75k, thats the equivalent of approx 1.5 people full time for a year. Seems a little excessive don't you think ?

With regards to relisting this will happen when the notice is sent out for the general meeting as stipulated in the 'Further to the Suspension' RNS, extract below. Unless of course I am mistaken.......

In normal circumstances the Company would request that the London Stock
Exchange restore trading in the Company's shares and dealings with effect from
8.00a.m. today. Under the AIM Rules, the Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 29 February 2008 should have been published by 31 August 2008. As
the Company has not published its Annual Report and Accounts in accordance with
Rule 19 of the AIM Rules as it intends to send out the notice of General
Meeting to consider the delisting with the Annual Report and Accounts, trading
in the Company's shares will remain suspended until the Annual Report and
Accounts are published.

They will not re-list, so you will not have a chance to sell your shares, they'll go thru' someone like jpj just like NMT and WTV.

And the integrity of AIM is left where exactly ?

Wasn't exactly smelling of roses before this, but to contract research out to a company that actively sees little value in being listed suggests that I ought to revisit the rest of my AIM portfolio and redirect that elsewhere.

My belief is this is a ploy to buy out the rest or as many as possible of the minority shareholders for as little as possible.

Delisting is almost certainly going to see a horrific slump in the price as s/ders (non management) rush to avoid being locked up - my guess is the trust will buy these from the MM's eventually after sellers have sold at a massively discounted price to the MM's (who won't want the stock of course).

The management won't care that the AIM market value falls to peanuts as they know they'll have the business in private hands and it'll be worth more to them when they flog it etc

Far cheaper than offering a buy-out etc by SS.

For that reason alone, I will 100% not be selling if/when we are relisted and I urge other big holders who should view this as a write-off to do the same just so they don't get it all too easy.

Sadly, some will inevitable sell to get any money out even if it's buttons but this is I believe merely playing in to their hands.
