15/8/2023 07:14 | Where's Del boy 🤣🤣 | bantamboy
14/8/2023 12:05 | Will turnaround as soon as we get further output news. It's only so much 'bad luck' a company & it's management can have. Well, that's the theory anyway. GLA | mam fach
14/8/2023 11:58 | I dont care what you both think......you both bought at the top and sold at the bottom....enough said... | forfaiter1
13/8/2023 17:32 | 5834 - FF1 - I'm not saying they are going bust - but IMHO they will need a lot of luck not to - just commenting on the "rumours" - I keep me 'ead close to the ground like and I havenae heard any - doesnae mean there aren't but - I think a fair question from BH? | dunderheed
13/8/2023 16:33 | So what is the source of this supposed rumour Alice? | bountyhunter
13/8/2023 16:31 | Speaks the embittered previous holders! | forfaiter1
13/8/2023 16:28 | Exactly. Clearly there are no rumours and some are living in cloud cuckoo land! | bountyhunter
13/8/2023 16:23 | Are the "tax losses" higher than the EV of IOG - yes surely market cap but not EV - which is what any prospective buyer will base "value" upon - ahem? | dunderheed
13/8/2023 15:22 | Production halted? Administration looming? Need to raise funds? Shorters to blame? Buyout one of the better rumours! GLA | mam fach
13/8/2023 12:54 | Why would you buy company when you can get it for a £1 pound off receivers later. With no debt fresh start . | goforgold1
13/8/2023 11:10 | What rumours? | bountyhunter
13/8/2023 06:47 | Going to get interesting here very soon if the rumours are true with buyout for IOG The fastest way to smoke them shorts. 5.5-6p | goldennuggets87
10/8/2023 15:44 | This is going the same way as Wilko, it's just a more painful drawn out process here. Any White Knights out there would have arrived by now if any were to be found imho fwiw! That was my last hope before I decided to redeem something rather than nothing. Even Del appears to have thrown in the towel now. This company has been a complete disaster for shareholders despite a lot of help from the gas price. | bountyhunter
10/8/2023 14:02 | This is going to start moving upward again ;) | g2theary
09/8/2023 15:25 | Like Andy, for example? | fardels bear
09/8/2023 15:18 | Or they make enough money in September to pay the outstanding interest on the Bond, and they take advantage of the Tap issue, and all bets are off until Sept 2024.Or a white knight comes along taking advantage of the tax losses, still too early to call ? | c2b
09/8/2023 14:58 | 140p for December | c2b
09/8/2023 14:10 | Be back up to 200p soon ;) | g2theary
09/8/2023 14:10 | Get ready for this to pop ;) | g2theary
09/8/2023 13:59 | Fear gang come out to play on red days. Uk nat gas up 30% 101p therm now ;) | goldennuggets87
09/8/2023 12:53 | You may get a short term spike but fundamentally there are only two likely outcomes for IOG and neither of them is good for shareholders: 1. A debt for equity swap, priced at a significant discount to the current share price, or 2. administration with the entire assets of IOG transferred to a NewCo, owned by the bondholders, in return for them extinguishing IOG's debt Under option 1 you might be lucky and get awarded £2.5m of equity in the recapitalised company, which would equate to 0.5p a share but option 2 would mean zero. The problem is that retail shareholders just don't seem to understand debt and capital structures. IOG owe the bondholders EUR 105m! They had to agree to give the bondholders EUR 5m just to extend the waiver by two months. If IOG had to give them EUR 5m for a two month extension on negotiations then what else do you think that IOG are going to be forced to give them when it turns out that there's not enough cash to repay the bond? You're playing poker and bluffing with seven-deuce whilst the bondholders are holding four aces. JakNife | jaknife |
