30/12/2010 12:38 | dutch - Market conditions fluctuate and IHUK is not immune to events - the company ditched its agreements with Aquilo, Allied and the business reshaped... such is AIM The World moves on and since the transformational acquisition of Sutherlands last year IHUK focues totally on principle lending and has gained new and secure banking lines thru its link to Russell Transport, unlike competitors PCF which can't raise any new banking lines due to the credit crunch. The interesting prospect is Bruce Judge has recently been acquiring shares and appears to be stalking IHUK ...and a year on Sutherlands should now be fully integrated and performing - the creation of Impact's Property Management division is also a new development demonstrating that IHUK is successfully creating organic growth opportunities from existing resources. | grlz | |

30/12/2010 10:01 | new initiatives still to come it seems:- The Board remains committed to diversifying its product offering as we align the business to providing ancillary services to the legal and professional sectors and are presently assessing a number of new initiatives. In preparation for the future growth of the business we have taken advantage of the depressed property market values and purchased a 4,250 square foot new Head Office based in Daresbury which is sufficient to accommodate the aspirations of the Board in its development of ancillary business services. | still waiting |
