To me this share has been a big scam .

Can we do anything about this situation by reference to the fso ?

What now for the future of nano technology ,my cash will not be in this or

the banking sector .

Banking sector ,ABAWnKERS .

Over 8,000,000 shares traded yesterday, but none today so far, but it is only 9:25 am.

Can someone explain this?
At interims, EPS was 0.7p, and company had just secured additional £10m loan agreements.
Company makes money from interest(high) on loans.
Loans that existed in first half should still exist in second half plus additional £10m worth.
Full year EPS is forecast as 0.4p.
I would have thought they would make in the second half at least what they made in the first half (0.7p), making minimum EPS for full year of at least 1.4p?
Any comments?

So to summarise, the eps is expected to be +226% next year,
100% strong buy broker rating, has recently achieved the funding to get business rolling, and a new target price of 13p recently out.

Very interesting company which seems to have great potential if figures can be believed. Very big spread is only problem but worth a punt IMHO.

Trading Update

Impact Holdings plc, the specialist lender, expects to announce interim results
at the end of October 2006. The Directors are pleased to report that the Group
continues to trade well and that demand for their products has exceeded their
initial expectations. The Directors expect to deliver a maiden interim pre-tax
profit of not less than 450,000 for the period ended 30 September 2006. The
Group had no operating business prior to the acquisition of Impact Funding (UK)
Ltd towards the end of June 2006. Thus, the interim results relate to a trading
period of a little over three months.

In addition, Impact is pleased to announce two new contracts:

* An invoice discounting and bridging finance agreement with Aquilo plc, up
to a value of 5m.

* A Right-To Buy scheme with Allied Loan Services, up to a value of 5m.

Demand for specialist loans continues to be strong and the Group is progressing
in its discussions with various banks to secure additional leverage to meet
that demand.
