11/1/2011 23:16 | Good research, thanks for the info S.W | bozzy_s
11/1/2011 23:10 | they already have enough cash, I'm more interested in hearing what new plans they have to grow the company and their new strategy. sneaking suspicion something Australian is being lined up to be reversed into this, hence another legal eagle buying in with Bruce as well. Greg will have plenty of contacts:- | still waiting
11/1/2011 22:57 | I wrote to the MD today urging the co to do a placing. A million at £1 perhaps. Pointless having an expensive Aim listing if no=one can trade. They may as well delist. The price cannot go to £3 if there is no stock to buy! | barnetpeter
11/1/2011 22:50 | they'll still be rubbishing this at 300p+, just ignore them. well backed with cash, growing t/o and profits, new ventures to come with the added mystery of Australian investors buying in. you aint gonna be able to get the mm's to fill a 10K buy order so splitting the order is the only way. a few more will notice this over the coming sessions I'm sure. now come on MTV. | still waiting
11/1/2011 22:35 | Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'd say about 5 of the top 10 gainers today are due to pump and dump tactics. But there's no volume to justify that accusation towards IHUK. No pumper/dumper has been able to get hold of any bleedin shares for the past few weeks. | bozzy_s
11/1/2011 21:47 | Thanks koolade. Goes without saying I'm looking to add as many as possible at sub-150p. But not wanting to over pay if possible. Anything from offer price to offer price + 5p is ok. | bozzy_s
11/1/2011 21:32 | Well said bozzy. Nice to have you on board. | koolade
11/1/2011 21:23 | Crafty You are a wise man. | koolade
11/1/2011 21:20 | funny thing is that 25,000 shares would represent 1.14% of the TOTAL issued share capital....unbelieva 29% of the shares aren't even in public hands, so 25,000 shares is actually 1.6% of the total shares available, although I cant see too many holders parting while B Judge is stake building...so the market makers are going to have to hike the price to £3 plus before they can tempt anyone sensible to part with these. | craftyspeculator
11/1/2011 20:01 | That chart shows how small the trading volume has been for past 6 months. It won't take much buying - I'd say about 25,000 shares - to push the price up to 200p. | bozzy_s
11/1/2011 19:11 | trend getting stronger:- | still waiting
11/1/2011 18:43 | if you want a decent holding that's what you'll have to do coz by my reckoning there must be a least a dozen or so holders adding every day now and with no free float the rerating will continue.. | still waiting
11/1/2011 18:40 | Got a handful myself. Still tricky to get any within the quoted spread. If anyone had the foresight to buy a few big wedges above the offer price, these should head to 200p in quick time. Still cheap at that price. | bozzy_s
11/1/2011 18:35 | been away from PC all day. good to see this starting to be rerated.. needless to say I didn't manage to get any more today.. | still waiting
11/1/2011 16:55 | Finished on the day's high. Like it. | koolade
11/1/2011 13:46 | Ncite - yep IHUK did a good bit of business there taking advantage of the depressed commercial space market to purchase a 4,250 sqf new build Head Office based in Daresbury - its also better situated than the old offices at MIOC so should assist the company's continued fast pace of growth ;) Purchased post results on the 15/11/2010 so should boost significantly the NAV further on valuation improvements alone... imho IHUK is regional and Manchester's economy is flat at the moment so this move to face Liverpool is probably the smarter move when you consider what the competition is doing. Chinese money via the Bank of China is being poured into Liverpool's various government backed development schemes like Peel's proposed Liverpool waters and the whole Newheartlands pathfinder - private bridge finance players like Bridging Finance Solutions and Vanberger are making a fortune funding those projects... if IHUK can get into those deals it will be very rewarding for us shareholders | grlz
11/1/2011 10:38 | Happy days. Loving IHUK | koolade
11/1/2011 10:26 | [OT] rumour is PMR are looking at a takeover of ADS... MMs are currently shaking the tree pulling ADS down a notch ;) 1.25p premium DYOR | grlz
