11/1/2011 08:03 | no online buy quotes AGAIN. | still waiting
11/1/2011 07:57 | no hurry ncite, 400p in 6 months will do me. | still waiting
11/1/2011 07:35 | In weeks/months they'll gladly take em off your hands.....imho. | lufc5
11/1/2011 07:21 | Here's to more gains today! | koolade
11/1/2011 00:50 | Guys........... This is still really sleepy imho. Not many have cottened on to this.....which is nice for us.....at the moment. Just keep trying to top up and we will all be laughing in months to come.... Ps, Months ain't that far away........ | lufc5
10/1/2011 23:33 | Why take a large holding in an unknown illiquid AIM stock though!! DA did the same at DAV and people scoffed that he would implement change (or try to) that's what happened 2-3 months later. the bod have indicated a wish to create shareholder value, the mm's aren't letting this rise despite buying pressure, my guess is a corporate transaction and rerating. this is the perfect shell, find me a better valued one.. | still waiting
10/1/2011 23:28 | Why is so much attention given to a 8.9% shareholder in a microcap company? C'mon there are many of us who could gather that sort of a holding! Surely the best outome is for no takeover and a fair ongoing valuation of 300p+ per share, with any growth in profits to add to that? | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 23:18 | apart from the undervalue the new board appointments show they're not afraid to look for new ventures to increase shareholder value imho. the latest craze seems to be to adopt a rare earth mineral investing strategy and see your share price increase 10 fold. (Australian Gold) Hope you're reading this Judge ;-) Impact Holdings (UK) plc ("IHUK" or "the Group") Holdings in Company The Company has been notified by two key shareholders, Mr Bruce Judge and Mr Greg Litster, that they have increased their shareholdings in the Group. Following the purchase of shares Mr Judge now holds 198,250 ordinary shares in the Group, representing approximately 8.92% of the issued share capital and Mr Litster now holds 144,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.47% of the issued share capital. | still waiting
10/1/2011 22:41 | ...Heres to tomorrow... | hillis2
10/1/2011 21:37 | Yes yes and double yes | koolade
10/1/2011 21:36 | I've seen pump pump before, hundreds of times. But look at the numbers here. This hasn't yet done a TWL or VMP or CSB or anything mindlessly daft. Still only 50% ahead of 9 months ago. Still valued at a large discount to net-cash, and an enormous discount to net TANGIBLE assets (earning interest at well above BOE levels). | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 21:17 | pump pump pump. I'm supportive too, but it sounds like overkill at times | hillis2
10/1/2011 21:05 | ssshhhh...let me get my hands on another 5k worth before too many folk awaken to the probable 5x multi bagger here | craftyspeculator
10/1/2011 20:49 | value is compelling despite the difficulty to buy in. £4.6m net assets £4.0m NPV of profits of say £400K x 10 gives a value of £8.6m this 400% up from where we are now so even having to pay a premium of 10% to get in makes it worthwhile for a say 6 month holding. This is without any future income streams/ reverse takeover excitement from Judge & co. taken into account. mm's just starting to realise they have to take this higher if they want shares to fill orders as bod want to create shareholder value so wont help them out... | still waiting
10/1/2011 19:06 | you can usually get filled first thing when mm's are still asleep. had 2 buys filled early doors today will be trying again tomorrow. | still waiting
10/1/2011 18:00 | I'm looking at tomorrow am, hoping for a "no change" open as I put my 110p order in! | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 17:31 | A beautiful end to the day. Tommorrow pm should be interesting. | hillis2
10/1/2011 17:30 | I hold some of these at 0.80 average and have been trying to buy more ...but its tough! I also hold verdes etc. with my punting money. The whole idea is to make money on the punts and put some of it in quality stocks. Thats the ball game. I saw the CSB holding note on 23 December ...since when the stock is up 20 fold. Some of that cash has gone here. Why the grief I dont know. | barnetpeter
10/1/2011 17:20 | craftyspeculator, thanks again for popping this onto the Verdes BB. They've had an incredible, unjustified day today. If I were a 'proper' shareholder I'd be looking to bail out of those at 2p+ for a nice 100% profit as soon as possible. Nothing to explain today's rise except traders and pump/dumpers jumping in. IHUK looks cheap at under 3.00 per share, and fair at up to 5.00 per share, based on previous results and announcements. I will be looking to add at 1.10 if possible tomorrow (trade failed at 110 between 16:20 and 16:30 today). | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 17:18 | bozzy - lol i'm not going to argue value when we both agree this is a steal at the current sp organic turnover growth - new extended committed funding lines from the acquisition of Sutherlands - profitable and a great NAV vs MK ..add in the a possible takeover premium from Bruce Judge and the current share price looks very cheap | grlz |
