10/1/2011 17:08 | undervalued with t/over excitement thrown in... buy and tuck them away. | still waiting
10/1/2011 17:01 | I was hoping to release funds and get another few shares at sub 100p but it looks like the no brainer nature of this situation is starting to leak out. If Verdes (zero assets) can rise 95% in one day with ~ 130million shares issued, imagine what could happen to Impact Holdings when value buyers realise there are just 2.2 million of these issued (unheard of!), and no one holding them wants to sell until they are at least £6 ish. | craftyspeculator
10/1/2011 16:59 | Mcap = 1.44m shares x 102.5p = £1.476m My error, bit over-optimistic. But cash should be £2.1m at present(1.5x mcap), and NAV £4.7m+ = 3.5x mcap including high interest-rate debtors of £8m+. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 16:45 | advfn data above is not correct to refer back to. current m.cap equates to cash only.. | still waiting
10/1/2011 16:42 | NAV is more like 4x grlz. Cash is nearly 2x current MC. Add it's ongoing, safe, long-standing, profitable business at P/E of 8 gives over 400p per share valuation. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 16:29 | Hugely undervalued as IHUK's NAV is c.2x the current MK - probably takeover for Bruce Judge imho | grlz
10/1/2011 16:28 | both mm's moving together, neither one wants exposed to the buying here. | still waiting
10/1/2011 16:24 | looks like word is spreading... value "reveal yourself" as Paddy would say. | still waiting
10/1/2011 16:19 | Managed a 1500 top up this morning. | lufc5
10/1/2011 16:15 | Got another Fill or Kill order in now. Let's see how it goes. These should be 300p with zero-risk. I love these days when such an undervalued gem comes to light thanks to ADVFN chat boards! | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 16:10 | Bruce Judge has plans for this I'm sure. bod indicate new ventures to release shareholder value. | still waiting
10/1/2011 16:02 | Got to pay 105 now. But the cash + (interest earning) net debtors are worth 300p+ per share. Add fair P/E of say 8 for ongoing profitable business = another £2.4m = c.180p per share. Fair value 480p IMHO. The facts need to be circulated. Just look at the accounts. Look at the interim results, the strong debt-free balance sheet, the good P&L, the nature of the short-term debtors (interest-earning and safe). | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 16:01 | Another 1k done, eventually. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 16:01 | gl. I've been trying all day. | still waiting
10/1/2011 15:59 | It's strange that the price is being held back, despite buy-orders and no available shares, either online or fill-or-kill. Still, happy to add a few thousand whilst the MMs dither! If I can get 'em. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 15:57 | still nothing doing online. mm's about to walk this up to 200p.. | still waiting
10/1/2011 15:54 | 577 sell @96p, I want 'em! Still waiting (LOL) for my latest 1000 @ 105p fill or kill. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 15:52 | mm's will have to let this go soon. corporate news will have this rerated imho. | still waiting
10/1/2011 15:49 | can't even get an online quote for 100 now. fill or kill and tuck them away. | still waiting
10/1/2011 15:43 | That failed as well! Never seen such a short supply before. Tried 1000 @ 105 now. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 15:35 | 1000 @ 100 failed. Tried for another 1500 @ 105. These are a real find. Thanks very much to craftyspeculator for posting the tip. Regardless of the volatility of a £1.3m cap, and the risk of a Pump and Dump attack, these are great value going forwards. Only risk I could identify was 'bad debts'. But it seems the trade receivables are safe, and also earn good interest. | bozzy_s
10/1/2011 15:32 | well done I'm adding as well. | still waiting
10/1/2011 15:23 | Got 'em! Looking for another 1000 at 100p if possible - just placed order (can't buy any online). | bozzy_s |
