17/11/2020 17:52 | 1 share traded...news tomorrow? | halfbutt
16/11/2020 11:45 | I think the conditional approval is a very long shot, Brad. But I see little reason not to try for it. The story appears attractive whether they get it or not. Atb | wigwammer
16/11/2020 11:24 | wigwammer, totally agree, Avion wouldnt be involved, and this gives me a lot of confidence going forward. Also excited about the potential mentioned in the rns Avion has asked the FDA to consider a conditional approval while the new Phase 3 is underway. A conditional approval, which would allow the marketing of Lupuzor(TM) prior to the completion of the new Phase 3, would be based on the clinically significant data previously generated in the completed Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials to date. Lupuzor(TM) is extremely safe and well tolerated, and so, whilst the Directors believe that a successful consideration is only a potential possibility, it allows this to be asked. In anticipation of the start of the new Phase 3 clinical trial, ImmuPharma has initiated the production of a new batch of the Lupuzor(TM) drug specifically for the trial. surely if nobby IS invested, he would actively want this success? | brad44
16/11/2020 10:15 | We're just talking about the stock, nob. If you want to join in - feel free. Otherwise, buzz off back to your guilt.. I mean, guild :) | wigwammer
16/11/2020 10:11 | I see the ramping has started....... | nobbygnome
16/11/2020 10:09 | Hi Brad. Yes - a fantasist. And it's amusing to show him reality, especially when he's been pelted with coins all week :) .. re imm, I expect the medium term story here is a good one. They are funded to get at/near the ph3 result, and I anticipate further news flow about the broader pipeline over time. I see little reason why we can't multiply prior to the ph3 readout - as last time - which should get us toward 90p, adjusting for dilution. | wigwammer
16/11/2020 09:56 | >> wiggie Thanks for conceding you are obsessed with me. And no most of what you wrote was incorrect but you will never listen anyway so clearly it's pointless conversing with you. | nobbygnome
16/11/2020 09:48 | to be honest wigwammer, i have him on filter, hes a pure fantasist..his last claim of being a shareholder makes absolutely no sense, why would a person with such supposed vast knowledge waste his time money and effort, gambling, and in his own mind it would be pure gambling on a drug that he is 100% convinced will not work, total basket case. back to the real world, less than 24 days now until we hear something back, and i am confident it will go favourable for IMM, but then i would, because i am a long term shareholder, with a now average price of 20p. i will point out to nobby, that a loss can only be crystallised upon the sale of the shares, so no loss here and im sure many other lth have averaged down too. | brad44
16/11/2020 09:35 | Thank you for conceding that everything in my post is correct. You can hardly do otherwise given it is all verifiable fact. My guess is something has happened elsewhere that has knocked poor old nob's ego again :) | wigwammer
16/11/2020 09:24 | >> wiggie I think you are obsessed with me and my tactics, which is curious. Unlike you, I am completely open and honest with my trades and reasoning. You were ramping IMM whilst selling.... | nobbygnome
16/11/2020 09:17 | Well put, Brad.First, nob bought the shares for the spa trade. He got that wrong. But he won't be honest about it until pushed.Second, prior to the last ph3 readout, nob went negative on Imm at around 45p. It consequently rose to 190p. So if he put his money where his mouth is, he lost a packet on the way up. Third, many holders ignored his advice at 45p and continued to hold, taking profits at much higher levels prior to readout.Try and have pity on him.. | wigwammer
16/11/2020 07:11 | LOL yes on the occasion of the trial result I had a position which couldn't fail of a guaranteed stop on my long and a short with a different spreadbet company. It worked a treat so I made money whereas all the shareholders lost a fortune! It's funny being criticised for something which was such a great success..... On this occasion I bought at 12-13p expecting the result of the SPA in September. Here we are in mid November and still nothing so happy to admit I got it completely wrong this time. As usual IMM doesn't deliver; you have to assume Avion are having big problems with the FDA. | nobbygnome
15/11/2020 22:54 | ASCOV,Nobby normally does both, whichever way is doing best, so he can claim to be worlds best trader....up or down | brad44
15/11/2020 20:25 | Keep the faith Nobby. Hopefully we will be above 12p at some point in the future :) | filthy rich
15/11/2020 19:35 | It will be worth it, wait and see imho | tarny
15/11/2020 19:34 | Sadly yes.... | nobbygnome
15/11/2020 19:24 | Nobby - Do you still hold IMM? | tarny
15/11/2020 13:14 | as Brad says, less than 30 days to find out. The rest of this is a 'who wants to be right most' discussion. If you look at the big graph at the top of the page...it tells you everything you need to know . Great punt if you are betting on it going up....not very good if you are betting on it going down...i do hope nobody here is doing that are they ? | ascov
15/11/2020 12:49 | LOL. Any you trust what IMM say? | nobbygnome
15/11/2020 12:43 | Not my words Nobby. That's a quote from IMM website. | filthy rich
15/11/2020 12:38 | In fact the phase III which was the biggest trial to date proved that dose doesn't work. Again the data is exceptionally clear, a p value of 0.27 from memory! | nobbygnome
15/11/2020 12:37 | LOL no primary end point as originally planned has ever been hit in any trial. Therefore, that dose has most definitely not been validated. All their own experimental data indicates it is nowhere near to being high enough to get a high enough concentration to see the desired effect. The data is exceptionally clear..... | nobbygnome
15/11/2020 12:27 | 200 micrograms every 4 weeks was proven to be statistically significant over placebo in the phase IIb trial: "The primary efficacy measure was a 'SLEDAI response' defined as a decrease of at least four points in the SLEDAI score, a scale generally accepted by physicians as an assessment of the clinical activity of lupus patients, a lower score representing lower disease activity. The analysis of the data has demonstrated that the 200mcg dose of Lupuzor administered every four weeks was statistically significantly superior to placebo (p = 0.015). Lupuzor was generally well tolerated with no significant drug related adverse events recorded. All this data follows on from the successful results revealed in the preliminary Phase IIa trial." Hence its use in the phase III. | filthy rich
