03/4/2006 12:53 | THE COUNT--->ALL I decided to add another 10k (2 x 5k) of shares today. They are so damned illiquid and very tightly held. This is obviously a sign of a good company. I made the following post over a year ago...obviously nothing that has happened since has changed my mind in any way except making me a bit more bullish... The Count - 7 Jan'05 - 13:55 - 10 of 78 edit THE COUNT--->ALL I have taken a £25,000 slug of this in the T&G placing. I was told of it because I know David Evans (the current chairman) and trust and respect the man. I got to know David well while he was FD and then CEO at ASD, a company I have been invested in since 1996. David is as straight and conservative, but most importantly, as honourable as they come. I have no doubt that what has been announced to the markets so far is likely to be highly conservative. The company has growing turnover and profitability and could easily be trading at 3 to 5 times turnover. But the market will sit back and wait and see, and hopefully value the stock accordingly. The stock is very tightly held so liquidity will not be good. This is a good thing in a growing company and obviously not so good if anything were to go wrong. I am backing the company first and foremost because of my faith in David Evans. I am now trying to catch up and understand all the technologies in their portfolio, but I am totally relaxed. I think it's going to be a good 'un. Regards, THE COUNT! | the count
03/4/2006 12:40 | A breakout :-) Very low PEG and deserves to be a lot higher imo CR | cockneyrebel
03/4/2006 09:19 | I got on to my Broker at 08.35 but could only get my top-up at 123p. That's OK. I still regard it as a good investment. | george19
03/4/2006 08:47 | I agree with all this - the price has yet to catch up with company perforamnce. Share is also tightly held so volatility is to be expected | silverfern
30/3/2006 22:45 | yep, agree. I like growth higher than the PE, the more the better. The PEG on here is 0.2 based on forecast, even lower on historic PE. That is fantasically cheap. Will be interesting to see what the 2007 forecasts are after the results. A guess might be 14p+ on the current growth rate quite easy. In a year, after proven growth this strong over a couple of years I'd expect a PE of 15 quite easy, perhaps more. On that basis the share price would be 210p and I bet that could be conservative. Doubler or more in 12 months quite possible imo. CR | cockneyrebel
30/3/2006 10:28 | In these today. If they have met expectations they have grown earnings around 200% over H1 and done over 5p in H2 and way up over last year. with over 5p in H2 the 11.37p eps forecast for the coming year looks easily on the cards. 50% forecast growth on a PE of 10 after this years performance is cheap imo. CR | cockneyrebel
30/3/2006 08:28 | They say they've had strong growth - good enough for me | silverfern
25/3/2006 10:46 | Great, thanks Paul. THis will be volatile but only until it attracts more attention, which I am hoping will be after the next results | silverfern
24/3/2006 21:37 | I e mailed them about a month ago for some info on progress and this is what they said....... Thank you for your e-mail, unfortunately I am not permitted to give you any additional information that is not already in the public domain. However, as you have looked at our web site you will be aware that we have created our French subsidiary to capture direct sales in the French market rather than selling through distributors. We are happy with our previous statements with respect to releasing new products and our product pipeline remains as buoyant as previously announced. Our year end is 31st March and we hope to issue our preliminary results in good time thereafter. I apologise for not being in a position to give you a greater insight in to our progress to date. Best regards Paul | the original juke
23/3/2006 20:01 | Sold at £1.13. Feeling nervous. So little news from this company | cragside
23/3/2006 13:04 | I'm tempted to add - if it gets to 105 I certinly will | silverfern
20/3/2006 21:54 | Share price down today possibly in sympathy with BNS another North East company which issued a profit warning today. No reason to believe that IDH should be "tarred with the same brush" as far as I know. | cragside
13/3/2006 17:21 | Looking at the calandar, six months ago they updated the market ahead of close- I hope they do the same soon! | silverfern
26/1/2006 21:18 | I bought some more about an hour before they went up another 6 or so % (unusually lucky for me) and I had difficulty getting them on-line so I had to buy over the phone. Unsure what this might mean for selling though but I havent tried to sell any yet so I wouldnt know! Interesting thing is I spotted a few reasonably large sells go through after the price rise kicked in but it didnt shake the price down at all. | the original juke
24/1/2006 23:55 | silverfern - I share your confidence, although I wondered that the shares being so tightly held could affect their marketability. However, that was a nice lift today which shows how much I know! (:0) | george19
23/1/2006 20:02 | If the market brings IDH any lower I'm going to have to buy more ; see my previous posts. I've been buying shares for long enough to know I am not a financial guru (except during the dot com boom when we all were) However I do see any price below 150p a steal provided the business continues doing what it is doing | silverfern
03/1/2006 10:59 | The 2k purchase this morning was mine. | george19
01/1/2006 16:29 | I haven't come across Armshare but I'm always willing to access any worthwhile source of information. Thanks - I'll look it up. Growth Co. Investor is a useful source for about a £100 p. annum. concentrating on AIM stocks. That's where I stumbled on IDU. | george19
31/12/2005 15:15 | Well at least it's profitable with good earnings visibilty going forward and a realistic PE. Not like some of the blue skyers that litter AIM forever promising jam tomorrow. Are you familiar with Armshare George? it's a goldmine of info and Charles Breeze that runs it tells it how it is, here's the link anyway. He's quietly confident concerning IDH, take a look at his review if you visit. And all the best in 2006 to you also. | myoldmate
31/12/2005 14:53 | I agree that the above is a bit too gushing but I get the drift. He really does seem rather bouyant. However the half year results do give cause for optimism and he should know. Cheers and a Happy (and prosperous) 2006 to you. | george19
31/12/2005 09:47 | That's as near as dammit the same as the figures I've seen which came from Teather and Greenwood so my guess is that GCI used that note as the source for their rec. The more I look through the rns since they floated the more excited I become, I'm no expert but the management do seem to be really on the ball and this one statement by the MD from last years finals is a peach. -------------------- Outlook In our first year as a public traded company, I see a burgeoning renewed organic growth rising beneath us, lifting sales and profitability; and a plethora of opportunities before us, with the wherewithal to realistically achieve what we can accurately qualify and prosecute. I have no doubt that Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc is consolidating its' foundations, creating tomorrows' winning Team, and is now poised for a step change in growth and development that will deliver impressive growth in shareholder value. Dr Roger Duggan Managing Director -------------------- OK! it's a little bit OTT but I'm convinced. I think I'm gonna buy in anyway, a few at a time. With so few shares available to PI's too many above NMS will command a premium just hope it doesn't break out over the £1.15 fingers pointed out while I'm doing it. | myoldmate
31/12/2005 00:44 | myoldmate - looks like the alignment of the above has become somewhat compressed but hope you can make sense of it. | george19 |
