Don't know where you get "Constant buys" from. According to ADVFN trades, there have only been three.

Anyway, you're my Guru on this share. YOU are the "Somebody" that should know something, ha ha.

I liked this bit from the results.

Outlook

We continue to believe the prospects for Imaginatik to be significant. Innovation is now a crucial business skill and yet many companies do not have the internal processes or know how to make it a fundamental part of their operations. This is our opportunity and our challenge.

Trading in the second half has begun well and, with a strong pipeline of opportunities and renewals for the second half, we are confident of a successful outcome for the year as a whole.

Maybe we are about to find out?

Not strictly all over. I could be the proud owner of unquoted shares. But realistically I shall be forced to sell at a pittance now or at a pittance to a management buyout later. Only hope is a bid from a quoted company with better management. All hinges on what the institutions want, I suppose. Ah, well, the dream was good while it lasted.

Needs more contracts and some cash coming in.

N.B. IMTK has not put a value on these latest contracts. How can the city value the company accurately unless it does?
