Imo Angus ex TERN Will be wanting to out do Al Sisto as to his bitter departure from the board last year.
His commitment and recent position says it all really.
Just bear in mind that it was Angus that bought in the connected Al Sisto of TERN
My take is this is done and dusted as Angus has a knack of choosing the right side kicks to assist him andt this time its Tech queen Vin ?
Angus has a chip on his shoulder and this is going to be his payback....vendetta time!
Vin is already a done deal imo..Just waiting for the RNS update to confirm.
Tightly held share with a micro MCap makes this a sound open position for investors to capitalise upon.
Watch this space...all to look forward to

The finnCap RNS said the notice period expires on the 26th of this month so, unless I'm missing something, we should hear before then, else I guess there's no deal and finnCap carry on as nomad and share price hits the dirt

MMS keeping stock to sell higher on news of Vin taking controlling interest. The finncap RNS was only necessary if she was taking control or there would be no conflict of interest and finncap would stay as Nomad as there would not be an issue.
