Interesting, after weeks of leading the "hold the price down" brigade I see CFCQ have suddenly moved onto the bid!
Maybe because results due in a couple of weeks.

If you can't spot your own opportunities to make money in this market you're an idiot.

Just can't understand this constant 50k seller at these daft prices, must be desperate. The only known facts we have is that the first half ( just finished) is likely to show a return to profit. The company will be converting stock to sold and no doubt mitigating the current situation very well , they are nimble!
Still,results later this month.

Hard to get excited about todays update but nothing to be despondent about either, there's just not enough info at this stage. I didn't know about the Gilardoni tie-up and no idea what it might produce, their website is down at the mo (not a good sign for a technology co:)) and North America well if it works great and it doesn't sound expensive.

Happy to hold my modest amount.

Hopefully not a wasted journey, if you minded to make the effort but will it bring rewards?

gn, I think that it is rather positive. it will enable shareholders who have not yet visited the factory to do so and see for themselves the physical state of the company. FAR more insightful than sitting in Canary Wharf.

What's wrong with Leic - it's where they operate from and it's quite central for British shareholders?

AGM being held at the registered office in Leicestershire. Disappointing. I can't help thinking they don't want to be grilled. Plus the annual report is meant to be on the web site, and there is a button there to download it, but the button does not work, at least, on my machine.

I guess those few who are still watching are waiting to see if the optimistic tone of the preliminary report results in improved profits. The recent history makes one cautious.

Have I missed something?
Is there a new thread?
Or just nothing to say?

Just in case - Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone !!
