07/2/2018 10:47 | Assagai,are you going to the AGM? | mathematic
07/2/2018 08:04 | Right now you can buy below mid - in size! | assagai
07/2/2018 00:04 | sold some of these at 12p but not enough. Will add a few more at 2p.....that looks like the support level to me. "materially below current market expectations" is not what investors want to read and to be honest any new investors would read this and move on. will be a time to buy but look at the chart above.....no support to be seen. Mkt does not like this atm....this conflict does not read well either. | barnetpeter
06/2/2018 15:26 | Also from the Image Scan website "William Mawer is an investor with Boundary Capital Partners’ Home Run funds, all administered by Reyker Securities plc. He is a beneficial holder of such investments which are held as legal owner by Reyker Nominees Limited" Questions should be asked at the agm about conflict of interest and whether directors with obvious interests in the performance of Boundary Capital gave any advice on the timing of their exit. I'm not a holder so can't participate in the discussion. | mr macgregor
06/2/2018 14:59 | Full Press release here hxxp://www.boundaryc | monty68
06/2/2018 14:10 | Perhaps we should ask Dr Richard Leaver to explain the timing of their disposal. All very difficult in view of the success in Bill Mawer in turning round the business, we certainly dont want to lose him. | monty68
06/2/2018 13:04 | I see Boundary have put out a statement about how clever they were to sell IGE for their investors and get a fourfold return in just three years..... Just in the nick of time eh? The rest of us are fu..ed, but "we're alright Jack" Down another 8% | pru dent
03/2/2018 09:05 | i will be there- come and introduce yourself i wear round glasses please | ali47fish
03/2/2018 08:32 | ... yes, for the CEO. | trident5
03/2/2018 03:16 | ...a bogger room? | glavey
02/2/2018 16:23 | Couldn't agree more. Should be a lively AGM though!!!!! Is everyone coming, they had better hire a bogger room. | monty68
02/2/2018 14:33 | For goodness sake, they haven't shipped the order, so haven't got bad debt, they have just built a standard item. Most companies do it all the time. What risk, what is is the loss, there isn't one | monty68
02/2/2018 13:51 | This refers to "export order". Export where ? If EU or USA, that is one thing. If India or Myanmar, etc - these transactions should only ever be undertaken against Letter of Credit - so should be minimal risk. | diver999
02/2/2018 12:28 | It is clear to me. We need a very clear explanation as to when the first suggestion of this contract being in trouble was received or even hinted at. This in relation to the two trading upgrades before the results were issued and the results which contained veiled references to the fulfilment date of the contract going wobbly. The fund sold between those dates? | pru dent
02/2/2018 09:17 | spawny it was i who drew attention to the language used... i agree with monty that Mawer has a lot of uncomfortable questions to answer . certainly Dr Leaver should NOT be re-elected to the Board inho, and i urge all shareholders either to trun up at teh AGM and vote against him or to return their proxy cards voting. | waggle
02/2/2018 08:11 | Just bought a few more and showing as a sell. | bonty
01/2/2018 16:54 | I'm with you, Monty. The next trading statement is but 26 days away. Bill Mawer's shares have all been bought by him and his interests are 100% in line with all other shareholders. | knownowt
01/2/2018 15:03 | Mr Macgregor I am not having ago at you, I just think that the whole thing does not jstify the drop in share price which I think has been oberdone. The underlying propects are still as there were. Keep looking for Benjamin! | monty68
01/2/2018 13:16 | Who was it pointed out the 'downgraded' optimism in language used compared to earlier rns'? If that was you then fair shout as looks like you called it correct. | spawny100
01/2/2018 11:24 | I did warn you two months ago: Mr MacGregor 6 Dec '17 - 08:27 - 5397 of 5485 So it looks to me like Mawer got the price up with the flurry of trading updates, his partners at Boundary Capital got their exit, then a profit warning is issued. Looks like miracle man Mawer has questions to answer. | mr macgregor
01/2/2018 08:49 | If something doesn't smell right I've learned to bail after many mistakes of clinging on too long thankfully. | spawny100 |
