The danger here is that ignorant regulators confuse cfd trading with investment. I pick up on your post because, contrary to your opinion, I see IG as having one of the strongest balance sheets among it's competitors....and as some of the smaller/weaker players struggle (perhaps fold) with the new rules, IG could well benefit longer term as smaller competitors fall away.
