Equity looks more than fully valued to me. Idiotic penny punters will get their usual kicking when loan notes convert IMO.

LOLThe company has looked at a fund raise from institutional investors but given macro events and the history of the company there is currently little appetite. This might change in future years. The company has also considered a couple of approaches but nothing meaningful has come from this. Finally, the company is looking into a bank loan that would enable an offer to be made to loan note holders that would rather cash out earlier than the scheduled date of January 2025.

The talks have been going on over a year while the interest rate issues just the last month - so if they are suddenly moving the goal posts this late in the day then frankly that stinks imho - thanks for confirming you reduced as not many posters will say so..

I'd hazard a guess that the negotiations are difficult due to the interest rate climate and ongoing world issues. I get the feeling that the outcome may not be as palatable as some on here think.Have enough still in the game to happily be proved wrong though!
