I think Kestrel and others can now prevent a take private scenario. Probably more to their conversion than just seeing value - if you catch my drift....?!

Thanks AgedMan. This is a difficult watch at the moment. I heard the company has no intention of issuing any RNS, albeit third hand. I think they may privatise it. When I met Ian Smith at the IDE AGM in 2019 he spoke about taking MXC private, and he was true to his word. He has no interest in looking after shareholders imho. I wanted to attend this year's AGM but IG didn't even respond to my requests. It would have been good to ask Smith and Parker what's going on, but I wonder if they would or could tell me anything.

0.655p offer for size so almost the bid price.

If you could get a quote buying sub 0.6p yesterday and selling 0.65p today would be a reasonable profit but the seller seems to be still around

TBH a bit of a head scratcher if you read the final results - outlook section which appears positive. Maybe it’s the Director resignation that’s a red flag for the markets or rumours of an asset sale at a discount? The company really should issue a RNS as I am not adding until we get news
