21/8/2019 16:31 | Good luck to you,I will never be civil to chimers ,he has been reported by several people,if people had taken any notice of him they would have been bankrupt,ou obviously don't know his history, | alangrifbang
21/8/2019 15:06 | I don't expect people to take my advice, im not stupid. What I expect them to do is to go and check it out and see if what I say weighs up. I know that if they do this they will find I am right. But most never bother. | chimers
21/8/2019 14:51 | Wow Chimers, what's wrong with some people? Did they not take your advice? Alan, no need to worry about me being roped in, I started buying late last year, but bought most of my holding sub 1p this year so have done rather well. I've known IDE since the C4L days, what I can't quite figure out for sure is the long term plan and when my exit should be, if at all. A lot of Chimer's analysis fits in with what I suspected anyway so wanted to ask for some clarification, no need for all the hatred! Please be civil to one another... | na_bmth
21/8/2019 14:33 | Feel free to go and read the BGO thread or any other thread I posted on. There you will find the truth. Other posters can confirm this. | chimers
21/8/2019 14:32 | You've roped one in there Chimers poor man, does he realise what a moron you are, fortunately 99% of punters ignore you now and hang on to there money,na bmth looks like you will have to learn the hard way, | alangrifbang
21/8/2019 14:08 | Thank you for your insight Chimers, the Guernsey dividend part is quite interesting wrt MXCP. What form do you think the eventual sale would take? Sale to MXLG? It would make sense as they build their Daisy style company, IDE is a perfect fit with a great UK network. What sort of area would the bid be in in such a scenario do you think? 30-40p or higher? | na_bmth
21/8/2019 13:50 | MXCP bailed IDE out. They paid off their bank debt and issued loan notes at 10% to IDE. Ide will pay the interest to MXCP each year. IDE will pay MXCP management fees each year. IDE will pay interest on all loans direct to MXCP each year. So right away MXCP are getting their money back. Now as IDE starts to rake in the money again it will pay off each loan note a bit at a time until all of them have been paid off in full so they no longer have to pay MXCP 10% interest on them This is what CTP did and it only took them 2yrs to do this. Then as this is happening and IDE has been growing MXCP will have a business that can be sold which is completely debt free nad has no loan notes and is making a decent profit. For this they will get a much better price and all along the journey MXCP makes money. That's why MXCP is the banker. Really they are, they are A MERCHANT BANK that is what they actually are. Now recently MXCP has been using some of its cash to buy back its own shares but not to cancel them but to give to employees as incentives for good profit-making etc. MXCP wouldn't have to buy that many more of its own shares to take the company private again but I don't think they will do this for now. Their big ticket item is MXLG that is the one they want to put all their time and work into so the quicker they can get IDE and AD4 up and running and profitable the quicker they can sell them and get on with their main business. That is why Ian Smith came back to run IDE but it is like the Captain of the QE2 taking a job on the Mersey Ferry. He doesnt want to waste any more time than he has to at IDE so it will be sorted as fast as it can be. Likewise AD4 hopefully. | chimers
21/8/2019 13:39 | That plug above ^^ is a stalker of mine , go easy on him he is not well. Ok more detail..... | chimers
21/8/2019 13:38 | MXCP have from memory £15 or £20 or £24m on the books in CASH!! It's not something I look at much but its something like that. Thats just their CASH remember. Their advisory and fees business earns them millions each year. Ide and AD4 will eventually be sold. It depends on the price of course but MXCP will earn tens of millions and very possibly 100's of millions when they sell IDE and AD4. But lets be conservative and say their cut is £50m Well MXCP only have 67m shares in issue so thats nearly 75p per share if paid out. But people often forget THIS IS THE SMALL SIDE of the business lol. MXCP will often do a buyback as they are Guernsey reg so cant pay a divi by law. This is not a normal buyback where they buy and cancel shares this is a shareholders divi style thing (it has a name my mind has gone blank) So MXCP shareholders would be told they can sell X amount of their shares to MXCP who will pay for the sake of argument £10 PER SHARE even though the share price is £1 These numbers are exaggerated just to show the example. So you get 2 things 1. You get to sell some of your mxcp shares back to the company at a premium price say 20% of your holding will be bought by them But you dont have to sell any to them it is simply an offer. 2. You benefit because people will take up this offer inc management who own more than half the shares in issue so the shares in issue get reduced. Let us say 7m are bought back, so there would only be 60m left in issue and the 7m bought back are canceled. Thats how it works. IDE will never pay a divi it will be sold long before they ever get to that stage. Look let me go into more detail.... | chimers
21/8/2019 13:28 | Chimers Ada and ide both down today,I implore anybody on this site not to take any notice of a word he sayes his track record is awful,he's the biggest loser on all these sites, just block him and get on with life | alangrifbang
21/8/2019 13:10 | Chimers, where do you see the dividends coming from, IDE or MXCP? I see MXCP are looking to return cash. | na_bmth
21/8/2019 12:24 | Larger buyers flooding in we won't get the chance any lower sadly. | chimers
21/8/2019 12:09 | Chimers me too. I wanted 750,000 total so any buying opportunity is good | computercoders
21/8/2019 12:09 | I notice MXCP is up again after some strange selling last week.A large holder obviously wanted some cash. It is the banker here remember you put your profits in their for a slower but steadier rise. They are dripping in cash and will likely start paying large divis as they have no choice. That's why they are buying their own shares up to distribute between staff. With Smiths dislike of listed companies now he might even have it taken private which would mean they have to offer a decent whack for it. | chimers
21/8/2019 12:06 | Just a handful of sells there has to be selling or we don't have a market. It's healthy. The general direction is up and that's what matters. People will profit take on a no news AGM RNS even though it says nothing good or bad. It's cool, to be perfectly honest I wouldn't mind seeing 2.5p again so I can load the boat again lol. | chimers
