Forgot to say that we discussed Liberty Global too. I asked how that was going and he said that it was steady positive progress. He seemed genuinely delighted to be working with such a partner organisation.

Neither he or Parker would be drawn on any specifics but that's not surprising. Smith was generally very positive though. He made reference to having to get involved again to get all their investments back on track. I took positives from this as he acknowledged that the share price values have suffered.

It is as I said a while back they will get IDE and AD4 up to sale standard and exit so they can concentrate on the bigger picture at MXCP.
Thus they will be focussed on getting both IDE and AD4 sorted.

Spoke to Ian Smith as I hold MXCP shares too. He was positive about the future prospects of their invested businesses. He said, as per their normal approach, they will build them and then exit when appropriate, just like CTP.He also spoke about only investing in private rather then public companies in the future.

Kestrel were there too.All 8 resolutions passed, so meeting over in 20 minutes.Andy Parker was asked about the recent share price movement. They are not aware of the reason for this. They confirmed that this is PI activity only, as the II share holdings are unchanged.Interims by end September. AP said these 'should' show the turnaround. They will be more proactive and release more information from this point forward. Very guarded in what they could say, for obvious reasons.

I don't expect much to happen re the AGM they are usually very dull affairs.
They cant say anything important at it without RNS'ing it beforehand it is just a box ticking exercise normally.

I believe if anything is leaked at the AGM they'll have to RNS pretty soon afterwards so could see RNS this week about contracts hopefully. Good luck everyone
