RNS 27/03/2020 - "Accordingly an application has been made for 1,485,777,207 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on Monday 30th March 2020, conditional upon the lifting of the trading suspension and restoration of the listing of the shares."

RNS 07/04/2020- "under the Convertible Bonds issued in respect of the first tranche drawn down under the Financing and Settlement Agreement for the aggregate principal amount of GBP50,000 resulting in the issue to the Investor of 555,555,555 new Ordinary Shares ("Conversion Shares")."

"Following Admission of the Conversion Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 2,192,685,460 Ordinary Shares with voting rights"

1,637,129,905 (existing shares) + 555,555,555 (conversion shares) = 2,192,685,460

Where has the 1,485,777,207 disappeared to?.

With Parliamentary protection I assume they can now do and say whatever they like.

yes indeed MUBZ'' but I think J/Q is mindful of how much he put on the Market
in these COVID 19 crises, that's why only £50k worth at a time
instead of £250k as I was expecting?? unless the 7th of Feb RNS
Means 250k worth within 1 month so there is 4 more RNS to come this month
and this is the first of many perhaps 40 RNS for £2m LOL'''
unless J/Q decide the lender can convert more at once we will see...

but this is the first step to a clean balance sheet..
we will see how it unfold in the weeks and months ahead...

So...
Following Admission of the Conversion Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 2,192,685,460 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

And from the previous RNS
Accordingly an application has been made for 1,485,777,207 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on Monday 30th March 2020, conditional upon the lifting of the trading suspension and restoration of the listing of the shares.

So A company entrusted to stop false info being spread, can't even be factual about their own company

NONE of the numbers add up.

So another 555,555,555 shares thrown on the fire, £50k cashed in and all for £0.00009 per share, about 50% less than current value. They maybe trying to run a legit business, I'll give them that now that they've done work for the government but death spiral finance deal means there is nothing for PI investors.

MIKE'' we are waiting on the next bit of news that should be coming
shortly regarding our first drawdown of £250k monthly...
that J/Q say will happen soon after prospectus is released and as
prospectus was released last week that awaited RNS should drop
before this weekend all things been equal of course...

but there is no reason why we shouldn't see a good bounce when it drop
as it would be 250k closer to a clean balance sheet in J/Q own words...

we are undervalued and our true value will start been reflected in the SP
once we get to a clean balance sheet...

looking forward to that before year end...
but I'm sure we will start to see good progress in share price by June
not long to wait at all... there is just no point in selling at these levels
unless you are quite mad....
