No the fund isn't selling anything. It is the company via its brokers and nomads that are forward selling stock at probably 0.050p and mug PIs are buying at 0.07p. If they raise sufficient funds they issue a prospectus to consolidate the shares and the new shares become officially.

Things can go horribly wrong. If they don't raise sufficient amounts it can cause a bear squeeze as the MM scramble to accumulate stock to settle accounts. Alternatively they can simply halt trading "pending clarification of the company's financial position".

As long as JQ proves to be as good as his word then the company and with it the SP/market cap will move forwards.......although there is of course risk.

Today's rise appear to have been triggered by the launch of the GSN site and although that also brought in sellers for their own reasons it showed once again the potential for large gains in the share price very quickly.

I know u might be innocently saying this but pw type of deramper use this logic to deramp the share and you innocently playing in his favour . They can forward sell few million shares only if they are getting their shares within few days . Mms won't forward sell their shares if they can not balance their books with in few days and in this case they don't know when they will get their shares ... so they are not forward selling simple ..and good luck to you too . I'm sure we will smash it ..... soon and pw will smash his head against the wall

Bro, I am still holding.Forward selling is good because once EHGOSF is out no more agreement with them again,which is really good for company.So take it as positive not negative.TC,and good luck.

No one is forward selling .... no enough volume plus no shares are been authorised to issue so how come some one sell some thing which they don't own or have no assurance to be issued to them ..

masqood You are correct about forward selling. That's where all these shares sub 0.070p for sale are coming from. The problem here is due to the share price being below the nominal value of 0.25p the sold shares cannot be crystallised into an RNS. There are only two ways around this. Firstly get the shares back up to 0.25p or secondly recapitalise. Both are nigh impossible at the moment because raising the share price to anywhere 0.25p will just lead to a stampede for the door. The brokers and nomads will require concrete evidence of revenues to put a recapitalisation to the authorities.

Maqsood, what shares are they forward selling? They don't even have the loan notes let alone the converted shares and they were supposedly looking at ways around the issue as mentioned in the AGM.

Overall quite relaxed as the team are moving forwards and making clear progress. How much or little in terms of revenues which is obviously important is for the time being the big unknown.

Online bid for 6m no problem but no bid on 8m......at this moment in time through my broker at least.
