Somewhat off topic but I wonder if Spurs have made a decision they may come to regret !

Let's hope "the seller" is now out Livup and we are now over the worst share price wise.

News that the £1m deal they announced somewhat prematurely that can be confirmed as being signed off would be a welcome boost.

I'm sure we have all seen with other companies BB posters speculating why this company or that company have not done this or that and often the speculation can have no bearing on what is really going on. All the same in my opinion they have had more than enough time to have got the website sorted and up and running.

I don't think they are pushing it to the wire Livup it is just for reasons we can only speculate on that they have not met the target they set themselves.

We need some news that shows they are progressing in building the business, news that is clear unambiguous and verifiable.

''just a thought'' so we wait some more

Sep800... 1, I am not sure how you can say 'I told you so' about buying shares at 0.07p when the share price is 0.09p.2, IF it rises as you think it will what will be the difference in buying now rather than 0.02p earlier?

Another acquisition or contract or two is what we need. News that they are progressing and they have increasing revenues to build the business.

Livup, not getting the new website up inside 6 weeks is disappointing to say the least, why they haven't we may never know.

However it does not mean they are progressing on other fronts of course.

Disappointed but not worried.

So if you are saying the new prospectus will be worth £85 for every 1M shares then your contact is saying the company is worth £50K -£75K
How can that be when they are receiving £500K a year from services from a confirmed client.
I think your insider may be looking at the wrong company

You keep to your insiders secrets. I keep to mine based on facts.
You can not take away we have a BOD that made from £200 to selling their previous company Tens of millions. Their Aim is to create another much more successful company. Remember they created over 500M subscribers a month. That’s massive and they will achieve it again.
No signs of the prospectus because it may not be needed. The revenue from the contracts alone will provide all funding.
Glad we have varied views but I can’t understand why you guys spent so much time posting on a share you don’t even own.
Good Luck

Sep800, word of warning mate. After the prospectus every £855 spent now will be worth less than £85. My insider has yet to be wrong on this. Show caution.

Yes bought in the early days and bought more at 0.17p. Had an opportunity thanks to you guys deramping at 0.655 and 0.7p making my average at only 0.855.
Still nothing's changed other than this will be multiples of where it's now.
Maybe I will remind you when the contracts hit the deck.
Happy to support any company with huge potential and at a very early stage.
As I said investing at early stage is always best as we are still just £1M market cap.
My advise... every drop is bought into and you know it. Shame you missed the 0.655 entry.
Risk reward here is huge as it only costs £880 for every 1M shares.

Exactly PWhite but as of yet JQ has delivered diddly squat! The prospectus will all but wipe out existing shareholders.

Legacy issues NOT SORTED hence the prospectus and the £1.35M liabilities that DS is hoping MUG PI's will settle.

From the paid rampers there is talk of the website, there is talk of contracts, there is talk of JQ delivering but there is never any talk of the big white elephant in the room which is the pending prospectus. WHY?

can't say we will myself YORG'' but could see share price rise
on the expectation it will at some point..

as i can't see anyone selling because it is not here yet
they will be topping up before it does

''expectation is a powerful thing''

sep800 was an early buyer of WDC. He dumped when the share price tanked and is now back again having picked up some at recent lows, hence his ramping. See post below.

They don't need a website to sell to clients. JQ and L sold their company for £££M's.
They sold because they wanted to drive the company to another direction. They decided to sell and form ICON. The clever boys sold without any restrictions and many of their former clients have been and are in discussion hence these contracts that will hit us any day. You have already read all RNS's and seen the Podcasts stating these contracts and will be announced.
The timing of these are imminent together with a hard Launch that may or may not include the new web page.
Yes its been much longer than one would anticipate but the Legacy issues is behind us now.
We are still just over £1m M/C.
My point here... The company isn't reliant on just a website... They have many contacts in the industry joining them creating and building a new multimillion company.
Look out for the start of many £1M plus contracts

I can't say I'm expecting to see the new website tomorrow Livup but will be very happy if I'm wrong.

However as I commented earlier I'm confident that JQ will deliver.......brick by brick but the company they have set out to build.

Anyway we will see what tomorrow brings.
