05/3/2023 18:45 | city1911 - "But you are basing your last point on the fact no positive news has come yet". This is correct but in that mix you can throw in the fact that EGHOS are selling their convertible shares for as little as 0.005p. Why do this if you know a value creating RTO is on the way. Any finance house in the business of capital gains would be building up a stake to hit 29.99% the point just be a forced takeover. OliversAnvil - "AFTER RTO or merger" There cannot be a merger because ICON has no business to merge there can only be an RTO. ICON said so themselves. RNS 02/02/2023 - "It is anticipated that any acquisition that Iconic makes will most likely be a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules" However EGHOS have also put in place certain rules if ICON want to access to any funds beyond tranche four. RNS 22/12/2023 - "No binding commitment having been entered into by Iconic pursuant to which a change of control in Iconic would occur" Therefore any RTO must leave the current board in control if they are to have access to any further EGHOS funds. If ICON are still relying on EGHOS death spiral funds to bring about the RTO then there will be no return for PIs. | pwhite73
05/3/2023 16:28 | AFTER RTO or merger will not be called ICONIC.Stop referring to the Past. | oliversanvil
05/3/2023 15:36 | I think expecting an immediate return on your investment is pushing it a bit. Takes time | city1911
05/3/2023 15:21 | But you are basing your last point on the fact no positive news has come yet. Now I agree to a certain extent that I would have expected some firm news on ICONs future plans by now. It was obvious the share price would drop significantly when it was relisted due to EHGOS selling. It is a bit early to tell yet how much of a con for new investors this has or will be. We can't be too far away surely from positive news. | city1911
05/3/2023 14:58 | city911 - It is not a con for EHGOS. It is not a con for ICON. It is not a con for pre-suspension PIs as the alternative was the loss of everything. It is a con for any PIs who thought the lifting of the suspension would be an opportunity for a return on their investment. | pwhite73
05/3/2023 14:30 | Are you suggestion bringing back ICON has all just been a con? | city1911
05/3/2023 13:58 | Who cares that EHGOS recovers monies.Good luck to them .Then what? Money makes money. The future is bright. | oliversanvil
05/3/2023 13:25 | Thanks PWhite What are other peoples view on the above statement? | rai1965
05/3/2023 10:23 | Its all padding to convince PI shareholders moves are afoot to create shareholder value. Nothing could be further from the truth. I don't believe in the one director in the US, another in Europe and a third in the UK giving some sort of global reach. EHGOS stumped up all the money to take ICON out of administration so it can recover monies owed and continue to extract further monies from PIs through the listing. In exchange OTT ventures receives £25k a month to play ball and put out the obligatory jam tomorrow RNS announcements. Interims to 31/12/2022 have to be out on or by 31/03/2023 or the shares are suspended again. | pwhite73

02/3/2023 07:37 | Esimba24 - "What has changed....Let us honestly give the CEO Dave the credit he deserves for his sterling stewardship." What has changed. Well the management for a start. | pwhite73
01/3/2023 22:54 | Pwhite you used to be so accurate and realistic in your analysis . What u post these days in here about iconic is thrash. What has changed. Let us face it -Not many companies go into intensive care and then come back just as Iconic Labs has. Looking at the composition of the Iconic Board, it has the face, wherewithal and character of any blue chip company board. Let us honestly give the CEO Dave the credit he deserves for his sterling stewardship. I personally will stick with Iconic asLog as it takes , because I can see light at the end of the tunnel. 2 years from now, any anyone patient enough will be laughing all the way to the bank. Iconic will soon be share priced over 20p a share by mid 2025. | esimba24
