I see it as a better chance of a farm in, the boys, at rre and I3e clashed, imo that barrier is now gone.
If Tain is connected there's no choice in the matter anyway

I have 625,435.I bought most when they hit Serenity at 40/41p. Not one of my better investments since its dropped since. Come August/Sept. I believe all holders will be given the opportunity to buy more in a rights issue. I also believe this will not happen until the shares have been consolidated 2/1, 3/1, 6/1 take your pick. I said Serenity wouldn't be drilled this year and that's the way its looking. Have more confidence in the future because of the Canadian assets. The Trans Mountain Expansion Project is 1 to 2 years out. This will give us the opportunity to export our hydrocarbons to Asia. Already we see Saudi has raised the price of oil to the far east. The time period will also allow us to further seek out additional add ons. I also believe to gain the 60 mln funding, the note holders(?) will insist on present shareholders sharing the risk. Depending on the outcome, I may well sell some to take part in any cash raise , but then again I might put my hands in my pockets. Not going anywhere, can't afford to. i3 are good at raising funds but no good on the drill; better they buy cheap assets. Just my opinion. GLA.

It's assuming the Toscana buyers are doing do in order to receive future i3e shares at a ratio of 0.0281 i3e shares for each Toscana share.

Why but Toscana sharea at 1.5c per share if you are to receive back 0.5c equivalent in a few weeks months?

Not sure why people would be buying Toscana shares otherwise as I assume they may well be suspended following their vote and before takeover.

How do you calculate 36p. If the deal goes through - share Count goes from 107m to about 180m. Also loan note warrant stike price has gone from about 48p ave to 0.1p. means that warrants no longer pay off the load note.

Too many moving parts to calculate an share price - but my guess figuring in the negatives above - we might have a market cap of 25m post deal @ 180m shares = 13p.

If they execute on their plan - could go significantly higher over the next 12-24 months. They get it wrong and it could be bust.

Sp will struggle until we get news on either loan notes being resolved or funds coming in from farm out or jv partner imo.

Most aim stocks are down a bit today after a very good run

I disagree, the Toscana deal if completed will make them a producer. They will also be able to raise funds thro' Toscana. No doubt we will be giving the board permission to use shares to acquire further cheap deals at the AGM.
